Lotte New York Palace

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of all the things. But it’s also crowded in the lobby all the time.

Lobby is always crowded. No coffee maker in room $100 more if you ask for a late checkout

Location and most of the staff.

Housekeeping. Room not made up even by 6pm. Lifts required a thorough clean!

Unreal views, spacious room, clean, comfy beds, we loved it. Did I mention the view?! Across from St Patricks and straight down 51st, you could see clear to NJ and beyond. Amazing.

Location is excellent and common rooms were nice

Room was very ordinary and the bathroom extremely small. No grab bar in slippery tub for showering nor extractor fan. We asked for extra pillows and duvets which took nearly 5 hours and numerous requests to come.

Beautiful location, staff, and hotel in general.

The fact that you have to pay $15 per day for Wi-Fi is ridiculous. Room service additional fees are high.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lotte NY Palace hotel. Staff was excellent, At the front desk did a great job checking us in and went above and beyond checking us in early and  was helpful with a question regarding wifi.

Location, cleanliness

I arrived after midnight. Guess what they did not have inventory of rooms. Excuse was cleaning staff could not keep up. So I waited for an hour. They did not offer anything to apologize as if I had to accept. When I was leaving manager left a msg

Great location. Highly attentive staff and service. Beautiful view. I stay in New York frequently and have been to many different hotels. This was a definite one to return to.

Small and very close to almost all attractions. Easy in and out.

Yes, I ordered a martini in the bar down stairs. Was good...not great. Io ordered another, when I received the bill, I was charged 22.00 EACH!! I did not "call" any special vodkas etc., Just asked for a vodka martini. Ask up front!

Proximity to Rockefeller Center/Times Square area. Beautiful view of St. Patrick's Cathedral from our window. Spacious room, very clean.

The location was great.

The elevators were not sufficient for the size of the hotel. Every time we tried to go down from the 16th floor, the elevators would always be full when the doors opened. We either had to "go up" to go down, or take the stairs.

it was clean and in a great location. this is a 5 star hotel not a 3 star. they gave you free access to the gym and they also provide clothing of you forgot yours.

quiet, location, service to detail

Housekeeping is fast and accommodating. Rooms are quiet. View over St. Patrick's Cathedral is wonderful. Front entrance and lobby are elegant. It is a very pleasant place.

The experience here was incredible. Staff is attentive, aim to attend to one's every whim. It was such an extravagant experience. We felt lucky to land this spot. The courtyard is just lovely for coffee in the morning.

Check in was slow - however, they were beyond accommodating and actually offered us a large room credit for a very minor inconvenience.

We came with 2 young kids and they concierge greeted them immediately with 2 stuffed teddy bears and a box of chocolates! That made for a perfect beginning to their first visit!

location: it is very convenient and nice place. The hotel room is clean and staffs are very friendly.

I forgot to bring back my kettle base and kept calling them twice. They said that it was not there. That is impossible since that is the last place we stay for my trip. I will make a third call tomorrow to see whether I can find it back.
