The location is the best, but I like how quiet it is despite the location, the breakfast is good, the staff is especially nice, and it is next to Tony's Restaurant!!!!

Everything... they have wonderful staff, beautiful decor and great location. We really liked breakfast too.

It was very quiet for being so close to times square. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

I hate the ¿resort fees¿ being added onsite after you checkin. It should be part of the total that is showed online when you reserve it. Also, why are hotels that are clearly not a resort charging a resort fee?

Small room

Its immediate proximity was definitely not a plus for us..the Time Square location is not our cup of tea and absolutely not where we want to spend our time Pushing through the hoards of people trying to get OUT of the area was terrible.

Service

Loved the lounge (Rick’s cafe) was so nice to come back from a cold day walking around and have a beautiful fire, warm room, coffee, teas, snacks - always available. Warm and cozy!

Location, refreshments available 24 hours a day, helpful staff

Rooms were a little small, especially the bathroom. Also very warm, even with heating off and windows open!

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Hotel is quiet even though it is just off Times Square. Lounge is very comfortable with a working fireplace. Front desk team very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Location and clean

The floor makes a lot of noise when people walk, even from the neighboring room.

The sound machine really helped reduced the city noise at night. We loved listening to the sound of ocean waves while we we in the room. Continental breakfast was great and having access to snacks, coffee and bottled water 24/7 in the cozy lounge was a nice bonus!

Black out curtains to block the flashing lights of time square would have been better for sleeping.

We had a great stay at the Casablanca Hotel and the service we received was fantastic. We had come to New York to see a Broadway show at the Lyric Theater which was just down the road - the perfect location. Close to Times Square and many places to eat. The rooms were a great size and we were really looked after by the staff when we made a few additional requests. The breakfast was delicious and the lounging area was lovely - a great stay and we will definitely return if back in NY in the future!

There was nothing we didn't like

We came here for a special trip (I proposed to my girlfriend) and it was the perfect place, very nice stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was cozy and cleaned daily, ah! the location is unbeatable! Perfect spot. right near everything but still quiet and relaxing. Truly a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Location, stuff, value for money

Small room

The hotel is clean, relatively well maintained, has excellent location and has its charm. The heating in the room was enough to keep the room warm during super cold weather in New York.

I couldn't adjust the heating. It was too hot during the night and the air was too dry from too much heating.
