- There were no extra blankets despite the room having a pull out bed which we were using so instead we had to spilt up what was on the bed between the two spaces. The name has recently changed and that wasn't expressed on the website so there was confusion
- Over booked had to split family up to be able to stay.

It is under remodeling and there’s a lot of mayhem. Elevators and entrance were not kept clean no study time there was no doorman at the entrance or anyone ask questions .

when trying to order food, staff stood around complaining about work the entire time. i had to go to counter and wave my hands to get their attention to order again. pretty low class.

I hope you can see this message clearly. I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2013, and it has always been extremely clean and well-maintained, which is why I continue to return.However, while sitting at the bar, I experienced something very unpleasant. This was not related to the hotel staff, but rather to an individual who may have been staying at the hotel—or possibly not. He was repeatedly clearing his throat in a very loud and disgusting manner while walking back and forth near the bar. He then sat down, ordered a drink, and began flossing his teeth at the bar. You could visibly see particles flying in the air near where drinks and food were being prepared. It was extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable to witness.I understand that staff cannot control every guest’s behavior, but I do believe that this type of conduct—especially flossing at the bar—should be addressed immediately, as it is inappropriate and unhygienic in a dining setting.
