Cons -
- Rooms were spartan and when I entered my hotel room, the wall light switches did nothing. Finally I found a very old style twist knob for the wall mounted cheap light fixture and another wall mounted toggle for the other cheap fixture over the desk.
- Worst offense: being treated like 2nd class citizen so the patrons of STAFF could zoom straight to the bar without waiting for hotel guests to disembark the elevator to their rooms. And the amenity fee is a bad joke; already enough fees in NYC!
