Access to places in the area. I had the best housekeeper!

No refrigerator or microwave. No city view, as requested, past 6th floor. No options for “continental breakfast” that I paid for! BIGGEST, was pool hrs! Which is why I booked.

Staff was welcoming and kind. The room was cleaned well. There was a nice view from window. Bed was comfortable.

Noise level. Due to rooftop club, loud music/screaming until 4am. Was taken back by how loud noise was. Furniture was very tattered, scuffed and torn. Damaged furniture gave appearance it was less clean than it actually was. Bed comforter was SO thin.

Extreme mold in the shower - rude people at the front desk - deceptive billing practices - dilapidated rooms - and many more

The service at the bar was nice

They charged me $400 claiming we smoked in the room, which never happened. The room didn’t smell good when we arrived, and the fridge wasn’t working. And the pool never open

Fun design, spacious shower with great water pressure!

We enjoyed the location, however on the weekends it becomes a popular bar/club area and thus very noisy at night.

I was very displeased with the very limited pool hours, unexpected amenity fee, lack of mini fridge/microwave, and I had a piece of jewelry go missing from my room. Staff was less than helpful and quite rude when addressing any of these concerns

I liked the staff the best. Great views, but expensive.

Rooms were spartan and when I entered my hotel room, the wall light switches did nothing. Finally I found a very old style twist knob for the wall mounted cheap light fixture and another wall mounted toggle for the other cheap fixture over the desk.

Location

Worst offense: being treated like 2nd class citizen so the patrons of STAFF could zoom straight to the bar without waiting for hotel guests to disembark the elevator to their rooms. And the amenity fee is a bad joke; already enough fees in NYC!

Amazing location, giant room, low price, free HBO, great shower, helpful staff

There is a large and unwanted amenities fee at the facility, my mini bar was never restocked, room furnishings had dings, small maintenance items that needed seeing to not fixed. There is a loud bar / club on the 15th floor with inefficient soundproofing.

the staff. excellent on all fronts, from the check in/out to cleaning staff. Pleasant, helpful. Really nice touch.

There is at least one very loud nightclub across the street, possibly more. Noise went on well past 2 am.

The pool was closed during my stay. And my room was right on top of another room?s balcony/patio. I could hear their party well past midnight.

Ambiance, quiet, artsy

Service was nil. Needed a luggage cart, called x2, never came. Needed a light bulb, was promised in 15 min, never came. Next day, asked front desk for a light bulb, was promised it'd be installed while I'm out, never happened. Really stupid.

Heated floor in bathroom. Nice. And room / bathroom on large size for Manhattan.

Room a bit tired for a 4 star but bed comfy

great location, great staff

The club upstairs was incredibly loud. Across from my room was an air vent that the sound traveled down. It was like I was sleeping on the dancefloor. They moved me, and it got better, but then I was closer to the street, which was almost as loud.

The only positive thing was the location

This hotel seamed washed up and so basic Ive never seen anything like it. I booked it because it said there are bathtub options. When I got there I was told there is one bathtub in the entire hotel and thats in the pent house.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They knew the neighborhood and had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The location in the LES was a plus. We¿ve stayed at this hotel twice and will be back.

Funky hipster feel, decent gym.

I got charged $36 /night for condiments I didn't consume. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Also don't get breakfast, as it's poor coffee and only sweet pastries.

It was conveniently located

I asked for early check in and was told I could have check in at noon. Upon arriving the front desk attendant was beyond rude, refused early check in. We were told we had to come back at 3. No hot water available.
