Pros +
- Staff are excellent from front desk to room service to waiters at breakfast.Loved my stay there.
- Located close to Central Park. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. They had the room available for us as we arrived before check in. As I think about it, the room was probably available for a while.
- Beautiful Hotel , great location , spotlessly clean
Cons -
- Price is punchy, but no regrets.
- For what we paid for the room, I was a bit disappointed in the room location and the view was not as I expected. Room on backside of hotel, not much of a view.
