The bathroom had no counter space. The breakfast didn't have eggs and sausage or bacon only a toaster and waffle iron.

Asked for thermostat to be fixed as I was boiling. No one came. Huge hair clog in the shower left for me to deal with, literally the cleaning staff pulled the plug out and left it in the tub with a massive hair clump attached.

Location was excellent, very close to Wall Street, restaurants, and the Train. Very quiet location and the room is HUGE for NYC

Everything was fantastic. I got there late on a Saturday night after spending all day at the airport and then having my flight canceled. It was heaven!

Clean rooms, friendly staffs, style of decor

How near everything was. Everything was extremely convenient. Even their parking wasn¿t too far. Will definitely be staying here again¿. Completely Love it!!!

The elevator kept becoming unavailable¿ and after a concert and drinking that¿s the last thing you want to hear! But regardless it¿s New York what can you do about it!! Still an amazing experience!!

Hotel was beautiful. A little tired, but very clean. Rooms are small, but its new york. Suited our needs for one night. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was out because of construction so we were actually sweating in our room. The continental breakfast was bad coffee and pre-packaged cinnamon rolls and the waffle's would have been good but the batter was empty and not refilled for us.

Great location, historical and owned by a family (not a chain). Very clean and spacious rooms too. The decor is old fashioned and that's part of the charm.

Location of hotel great with easy walk to subway. Safe hotel and bowl of hard candies at reception.

Scaffolding all over building so room was dark. I had reserved a corner room and scaffolding dark and ugly so I had to leave curtains closed. Breakfast was a joke. No orange juice, bread packaged in individual slices. Clerk was "NY nice." Decor needs redo

They offer a continental breakfast and the people working downstairs are very pleasant and nice.

The room I had a very musty old smell to it. I asked them to do something about the smell. They moved (upgraded) me to another room, which had the same smell. I figured all the rooms there probably smelled the same. The bathroom was clean, but old looking

The elegance. Decor, furnishings, staff attire, even bathroom fixtures were classic and understated. No ¿motel-6¿ features.

Hard to control room temperature

Location is amazing. The rooms are really spacious compared to what I usually see in big cities. Hotel was also very clean.

Breakfast is very small and choice is limited but it is appreciated to have it to go.

This is a fantastic affordable hotel that has one flaw and that is the lack of a softer mattress pad. The bed was uncomfortably hard. Aside from that it was a 5 star experience at the price I paid. I can't recommend it though due to the bed.

The hotel & room were super clean & facing S. William St. Fridge in room too! Stone St. around the corner, no carsClosed & lined with superior restaurants with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, but would¿ve loved a coffee/tea maker in the room

The location was ideal as it was near to food, shopping and transportation. The staff was initially hesitant in helping to get a taxi to the airport but after my insisting did so.

There was no microwave so you have to purchase food daily, also other hotels provided water upon check in but none was offered. Need to be cognizant that international travels don't have access to internet and not able to order local services.
