Close to MoMa and subway. Walk to shops, restaurants. Hotel has a good gym.

Old and shabby hotel for the high price. No hotel restaurant.

Staff is wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. Beds are comfortable and house cleaning is excellent in every way. We also like that the room temperature can be controlled easily and the air conditioning works really well.

It needs remodeling and updating, as well as some new decor, as the rooms are all brown and have almost nothing on the walls. Rugs and flooring etc need to be replaced, as do all of the bathroom fixtures.

Beds are comfortable and the room size is large. Housekeeping is excellent and the room is made up each day perfectly.

It needs updating in terms of facilities and decor. There was room for a comfortable chair and even a small couch, but it was just an empty expanse of floor space. It needs painting on walls, and some decorating to provide warmth. The faucets in the sink and shower are worn out.

I like the hotel truly, it was worth the price. My parents who visited the US for the first time. It was a smooth experience for them. The location is great. The staff was helpful. They provide everything you need very quickly.This was the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in my life and I think it is worth every single penny of it.Thanks for making our New York trip wonderful.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a decent gym. There are water machines on a couple of floors and an ice machine. I stayed in a queen room and was a good size.

Incredibly unprofessional staff. There was a mistake with my booking and on the 2nd night of my stay at 10pm and aggressive woman burst in my room saying I don't belong there and forced me to come down to the reception. Turns out the person who checked me in made a mistake, and mistakes can happen, but the way they handled the situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional.Then on the day of my checkout the cleaning lady came and said that I wasn't in the system and the room should have been empty.

During our recent stay at Hotel 57 in Midtown Manhattan, we were thoroughly impressed by the professional and attentive staff who ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure. The room (superior) was spacious and offered views of 57th Street and buildings around, all while maintaining a serene and quiet atmosphere—an unexpected pleasure in the heart of the city. Coffee machine was provided as well. The ample bathroom added to the comfort, though I did encounter a minor issue with the showerhead's functionality. Nonetheless, the hotel's prime location and proximity to the subway provided convenient access to numerous attractions, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.​ The value for money was solid, with the quality of the accommodations and service more than justifying the price point for a Midtown Manhattan stay.

Some furnishings and finishes felt slightly dated compared to newer hotels in the area — a minor refresh could really elevate the overall feel.

Great position near the best attractive of new york and subway. Around hotel pubs, bar and othe typologies of structure that you can need in your trip. Rooms very clean and silenced from external noise.

My daughter and i stayed at this hotel when we went to New York. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. We were about 5 minute walk to Central Park and the train station. Time Square was in the opposite direction but about 25 minute walk. Location was good.
