The staff are really sweet. You don't really feel like you're in New York City lol. The room is perfectly clean. It's decorated nicely. The linens are good. The shower had great pressure and the windows were operable.!! The location is next to loads of fun things, including Williamsburg bridge which you can walk on
Honestly… Elevator is a little bit slow, and the coffee is mediocre in the morning in the lobby

Nice clean hotel, good location, very comfy beds and the pillows were excellent. Friendly staff. Free tea or coffee any time was great too. Air conditioning in room was very good as well.

It's a great location. The room and bathroom were very clean. Maria at the front desk was wonderful.
The pillows were too soft and not firm enough. That's just my personal preference though.

Great check-in, clean, nice amenities, and great location. This hotel was walkable to many areas of Manhattan.
Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, around 1am, I could hear squirrels or some other small animal in the wall near the window. They were chewing on wood from 1am-9am when I started leaving. I only stayed for one night, so I put on my noise-canceling headphones and tried to sleep. They may have gotten in through one of the external vents since renovations were in progress.

The room was well equipped and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived early so they looked after my case until it was time to check in. The location is very good. Close to subways which got me to the attractions quickly and easily. The only slight downside is the area. Quite a few people begging and appearing under the influence of something. However, there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance so I think I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Location is close to the subway station. Plenty of restaurants to choose. Clean room with comfortable beds.
