Yes, should have had valet parking as I am a disabled vet and walking to the garage and back was a bit.

Location

The room was so small, suffocating and smell not good. Selected room is not satisfactory. I would not recommend this room.

housekeeping woman,(oriental) very nice and helpful,did her job well.

ac unit when compressor came on,very loud fan noise,otherwise good ac.

The room was very clean and well done. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The A/C in my room didnt work. I didn't really notice it the first night as it was cool enough outside so the room wasnt warm. The next morning though when the temperature spiked the room was then too warm and I couldnt cool it down.

I loved the location and the room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great. Staff at the hotel are friendly.

Rooms a little tight with 4 people.

The front desk staff at about 9pm the night of Nov 1. They verbally abused in front of several ppl a blind older man. It was MOD, security and front desk person. All 3 were horrible to him. He just needed help getting to his room.

Clean, great location, large size room.

Loved that the hotel was clean and in a great location.

Breakfast was not being served. It would¿ve been nice to have an alternative like a grab n go station.

Yes, air conditioning failed and still failed after being told it ws repired second night. No breakfast, although divertissement as included!

Staff was friendly. Stored baggage on my departure day for me. Included free breakfast, free internet. Street parking was available for convenient dropping off or picking up of belongings. No street noise was heard from in my room. Great sized room.

The staff was very helpful. They gave us an option of a larger room without a view or a smaller room with a view. We chose the smaller room and had an unobstructed view of the Empire State Building. It was beautifully lit for Valentine's Day.

The staff, and the services they provided to us. We arrived to New York early morning and they let us keep our luggage in a safe place before check in time, they also let us check in earlier and we really appreciated that because we where really tired.

Breakfast and location of hotel but we wanted a room on higher floor with a good average view whereas we were given a 4th floor room with a terrible view.

we reached the hotel at 10 am in the morning thinking that they would give us the room a bit early from the check in time but instead we were asked to check in at 4 pm only whereas the check in time that was written in the hotel room was 3 pm.

there was not water bottles inside hotel, which was difficult for us to get water from gym(which is in hotel) everytime.

The lollipops at the front desk! The room was small but what we expected for midtown Manhattan and it was clean. Staff were friendly.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 6:00 PM. Breakfast was awful and space for breakfast not large enough to accommodate number of guests. Elevators were fast but not enough of them to meet demand so there was usually a wait.

Room size and cleanliness, frig, microwave and safe, super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed-best I've ever had in a hotel.

the coffee in the room was not that good and more milk should be provided for two people in a double room.

Rooms had everything you need, fridge, microwave, desk, closet, etc. Great breakfast, perfectly located to all New York had to offer. Within walking distance to Macy's, Time's Square, Theatre District, Rockefeller Center. Staff was wonderful!

Would have liked the breakfast to last until 10:00am every morning.
