Both the staff and the general atmosphere of the hotel.

Lack of a comfortable chair in our room. The only chair was a low backed, hard desk chair.

The hotel staff including the restaurant were amazing! The decor warm and inviting and you couldn't have a better location.

Eco-friendly environment is wonderful, but a paperless world makes it difficult to communicate when the technology glitches. It was a small annoyance during an otherwise outstanding stay.

Very cool feel. One of my favorite hotels in NYC. This Hotel felt like you walked into a mix of Anthropologie and Restoration Hardware within a twist of technology.

I paid deposit of 300 USD , I didn’t use anything in the hotel, upon check out the hotel deducted 139.66 USD from my deposit for nothing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room got upgraded without request. The concierge booked us a reservation a 5-star restaurant. We loved the greenery around the hotel and the decor seemed to have a European vibe.

The food menu is very limited, especially with almost no options for children, but the quality of the food is very good

Didn’t like being offered an upgraded room for our anniversary and as we walked in on a couple in the bed occupied. Was a unexpected surprise for all parties ?Then being assigned a room less than what I originally booked .Great view of a liquor store .

Room was so poorly designed. No counter space, no towel bar, glass walled bathroom with no privacy, fake plant/greenery everywhere, very low air circulation

we loved the decoration, the staff was great too although it took 4 hours to fix a toillet cloght .

It took them 4 hours to fix the toillet cloght. the breakfast at the hotel`s restaurant was not good either, specially considering the price. We would love to have had a bath tub in the bathroom.
