Hampton Inn by Hilton Manhattan Grand Central

I know seasonality plays a large part in the pricing, but it was rare to get a deal around 100/nt. It included breakfast and even water. Also had a basic gym. In terms of an out of the pocket expense this was a very good deal. 2 blocks from Grand Central.

Room was fairly small and the shower head was super low flow..

Price, location and cleanliness

The rooms were slightly dated but I didn't mind considering the good price and location.

location, convenience, staff, cleanliness. It had everything we needed for our stay in New York ...

aging .... not midtown type of style ....but unreasonable expectation for the price. Room was small. Really good for two people at most. Not like the Marx Brothers in the suite on the ocean liner.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicaci�n, accesible a estaciones de tren y comercios. Los ascensores a pesar de ser solo dos funcionaron muy bien. Incluye el desayuno y fue un exito!

No tenian personal bilingue.

Rooms were extremely small, bed was uncomfortable, the only USB charging ports in the room did not work.

Hampton Inn is always great to stay and enjoy. The Hilton quality is known for cleanness, the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is right in the middle of the New York city.

The location was so close to Subway- Grand Central. Lot of good food places around.

We were party of two; have a single reservation, but we were never given an adjacent rooms. But they were on the same floor though.

The front desk staff was very helpful

Both hotel and room were smaller than expected. Paid extra for city view. Our view was a large building next door and alley below.

clean, close to subway, cold water for free in the lobby, great front desk.......very friendly staff serving breakfast...thanks for a nice weekend.

Easy , clean and friendly service. Also very quiet for a good rest!

The breakfast was really not well-supported. They had run out of coffee, milk, cream, ¿ all before 9:00. Better to just stock it until the hour it¿s posted as closing, which was 10:00.

Location is great, did not hear street noise. Staff friendly and they have a bottle refill in the basement as well as free breakfast!

Doors slam and are very loud. Only two elevators and sometimes one does not work! Our pillow case had blood on it, could of been a stain but should of been thrown out. Made me wonder if they changed them???

The staff was AMAZING! I¿ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn¿s and this was the best staff at all of them. Every single person I encountered was great. The location is great. We had lots of things within a short walk but Grand Central Station was close to

The breakfast area could use a refresh and the hotel was small, but it is NYC after all.

Room was really small, but on par with NYC. The location was a little bit out of the way in terms of walking for most tourists attractions.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff person, was helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us. We liked the location and the ease of getting around mid-town. We will stay there again next time we stay in NYC.

No complaints what so ever.

Very convenient location, close to Grand Central Terminal and multiple subway lines. Friendly staff and very clean rooms and public areas. Daily maid service. Rooms well appointed. Excellent choice for tourists and those with business in Midtown.

The staff were the highlight of my stay. From the second I walked through the door (sorry if the spelling wrong!) was warm and welcoming! She made me feel like such a valued guest! With the exception of 1 employee, everyone was just wonderful!

The hotel was run down and needed some updating. The blinds did not line up in the room, so light poured in. Walls were thin, I could hear my neighbors laughing. It was fine for what I needed, location was great, but likely won't rush to return.

It's a great location for GCT and the east-side subway line (4,5,6). Walk out the Lexington Corridor from GCT and you are at 43rd and Lexington, the hotel is between 3rd and 2nd, a block and half away on 43rd. So easy and convenient.

AC did not work properly and the fire censor went off twice and had staff come to our room and found nothing wrong.
