The location so close to the train station, the hotel was easy to find. Great view of the city.

The internet went out for a couple of hours but that's it only because I had a meeting during that time and it was difficult.

Staff was amazing and efficient, comfortable bed, drapes kept the light out.

Nitpick: they should give you a full size ironing board instead of a miniature one that you have to balance on top of something.

Listed as pet friendly but was charged with surprise $50 surcharge when I arrived with dog. And then no extra service for dog provided.

I was not able to check in and had to wait for the room.

Location is amazing in the flower district and close enough to walk up to Times Square or down to Greenwich and over to Chelsea. Multiple subway lines nearby as well. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a block in any direction.

Street noise was pretty loud and the windows didn't seem to offer any sound insulation. Bring earplugs to get a good night's rest!

My room was quiet, cool and the bed was comfortable. Plus the bath essentials were of a high quality!

Everything, it was immaculately clean , the bed was comfortable, great refrigerator and a nice shower.

Hotel was in a great location. Lovely Smell in reception!! Beds were so comfy. Rooms small but I think decent size for NYC. Lovely City view from the room. Clean & Modern. Breakfast although not included in our stay was reasonably priced. Free tea/Coffee. Lift times were no problem. Hotel secure at night, needed key card for entry. Cleaning daily.

Soundproofing although on 23rd floor there was some street noise, it didn't really bother me, but might be a problem for some. you could here people coming and going on same floor.

The room was great, well equiped and had a decent size. Very close to 2 different metro lines is also something to highlight,

Beautiful hotel, nice location. Very clean and safe. We had an issue with noise from a room nearby and the front desk staff dealt with it immediately and professionally. Will stay here again!

Good location, clean

Fire alarms went off 3 nights out of the 5 we were there. Staff didn't seem to know how to fix the issue. Massive really loud fans were placed right outside our room and the staff were reluctant to tell us the reason.We were on the 12th floor and the lifts were not working on numerous occasions.The air-conditioning made the air in the room extremely dry which really irritated our breathing - something I've never experienced from air con before!

The hotel itself is fine, we booked our stay last minute for one night. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is just a breakfast box with some fruit, yogurt, juice, muffin etc. Good value for money with the price we were booking for.

Not the hotel’s fault but we had some really unpleasant neighbors under the influence right next door and we could hear absolutely everything that was happening in their room at night (not your usual drunk neighbors - screaming, shouting, disturbing conversations). We called the security, who knocked on their door and they seemed to calm down after that. But we definitely did not get a good night’s sleep after that and wanted to leave the premises ASAP. Also ground floor cleaning staff was quite rude
