Hotel employee at front desk was a great help.

Breakfast dinning area way to hot 🥵 need to fix the problem has been there for quite a while.

The room was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent for visiting museums downtown and on Staten Island. Coffee at breakfast was good.

Staff indifferent. No hot water. Taking a shower was like having a child squirt a cold water pistol at you. Worst shower ever. Bathroom door slider didn't work, impossible to close. Crappy portable AC, so room was warm on a hot day. Awful.

The staff are wonderful, friendly, kind, thoughtful, and remember you when you visit the manager check in with you send you a text and is Genuinely interested in you and your stay and visit

The personnel were so kind, helpful, and friendly.

There is humidity and no a/c in our room. The hotel provided an alternative a/c. the temperature wasn't cold.

Proximity to water and piers. Breakfast. Cleanliness. Modern look.

Fan didn't have speed control and was pretty loud in the room.

The staff was SO FRIENDLY and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had plenty of items to suit anyone's liking.

We never had hot water for the shower. We tried different times of the day and still never had hot water.

The sliding door on the bathroom was heavy and difficult to open. The water pressure was poor but maybe that is in all of Manhattan.

first they gave me a small extended room, i was not able to sit on the small table. the manager changed to a good one that matches the one i paid for, but there was a bed bug crawling on the bed, i show them the pic...etc they are still working on it.

The rooms were tiny, the fauces in the bathroom wouldn¿t work, the breakfast was awful, the AC would stay in 78.

I liked the staff the best, very friendly. The free breakfast was a nice perk.

Not a fan of the lamps in the room, super tiny switches.

The room was tiny. The TV was tiny. There was absolutely no view. The hallway stunk from cigarettes.

Long wait for check in Didn¿t check in until 4 o¿clock for 3 o¿clock check out

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I liked that breakfast was included and had a good selection. Appreciated they held luggage after checkout. Room was small but worked well for one person.

Hotel was difficult to find as signage is not evident especially at night. Would have liked if there was a small fridge included in the room.

Location

Hotel is in very bad shape. Floor (level 4) looks like a construction side. Carpet, curtains in room worn and filthy, closet broken. No Hampton Inn standard.

The bathroom. It had molds on the ceiling to the point where the steam would make it leak. I was nauseous for the 3days there. The snacks were too expensive, a water bottle was almost $5. It¿s downtown Manhattan, not Bora-Bora

There was a noise problem in the room next door, which is rare for this hotel but I called to front desk and they immediately changed my room and gave me an upgrade for my inconvenience. Great Customer Service!
