Grayson Hotel

Great location, super close to everything. The room was very clean and quiet for sleeping. Our flight was delayed, and the staff at the front desk were able to secure a room for us despite being almost fully booked because of the July 4th weekend.

The bathroom lighting was quite dim, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

It could be noisy at times and the rooms were a bit small. Overall it was a great value and the rooms were nice and very clean.

The elegance of the Grayson was beautiful and easy to navigate. The convenience of having great food, and drinks,at Bar Hartanyc, and Bar Cima was a huge plus for us!

We had a reservation at Bar Cima, the tacos were amazing, view stunning, waiter on it. Butttt, was so loud my husband and I, we legit had to scream at each other,and still couldn't hear each other. Ate, got bill and bolted, date night was eh.

Staff, facilities, cleanliness and location were excellent. We were upgraded with a better view from our room immediately when we indicated we were there celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary

Great room, location, and amenities. Above all was the staff and their attitude of friendliness. Helpful in every sense of the word and all actions conducted with a smile on their face.

I found the room lighting a bit confusing but manageable.

The front desk staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the subways, Grand Central, Empire State Building, and Times Square.

There was a security problem. Two men came in my room while I was sleeping. When I went to the front desk, they apologised but didn¿t seem to take it seriously.

I loved the location. In the center of everything made walking super easy! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. We felt well cared for at Grayson.

Didn’t have hand soap which was a bit confusing.

Liked the location - staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Easy check-in/check-out - held our bags for us. Rooftop was gorgeous. Parking garage on same street - walking distance - very convenient.

No refrigerator in our room - lighting was poor. Loud all night from noise on street - but to be expected in NYC!

Rooms were nice. Clean. Beds super comfortable. Great location. Easy to get to bryant park, train stations, time square, etc.

We had two rooms, one with a king, one 2 queens. The one with two queens didn't have a fridge, no coffee maker, no closet. Not ideal.

Elevator is an issue, the gym is not good and the breakfast buffet is bad.

The staff was great! Warm greeting and very attentitive. Roof top var was cool and my wife loved the gym. Decent view of Empire State Building.Locationbwas perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Even though it was good the "industrial look", I just couldn't get with the unfinished ceiling. The room was a little smaller than I thought but nothing to stop me from coming back.
