- The hotel is in a good location, and the city?s view was great. the manager was very kind and helpful. She does a fabulous job.

Cons -
- The accounting department charged my card before I checked out. Also, there was too much money taken out of my account. I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, I have had problems with how accounting. They need more training. It?s ridiculous.
- Check in was very slow. The room had a musty smell as if it had been mopped with a dirty mop. The room was basically clean but not totally clean.
- Reservation was for three adults but towels were for two. Drinking Water provided at cost.
