Nothing — the SoHo location itself was the only positive.

Queen room swapped for 3 twin beds, pink walls. Clerk said parking OK; ticketed $115, no refund.

Gorgeous decor, great location, comfortable enough. Dim lighting in common areas created a lovely atmosphere but I know some people don’t like that. It was also very clean.

Small room, common in NYC. There were almost no amenities. No mini fridge, no room service, ice/vending machines only on the first floor, no fitness room I could find, no elevator. TV was unable to connect to any internet/apps or cast from my phone.

It is a renovated older hotel building with great charm and decor. Can’t beat the location for access to NYU, SoHo shopping, Chinatown and Little Italy.

No elevator made carrying bags a pain.

Noisy room on a busy street with no black out curtains or noise baffling whatsoever.

The room was very clean and somewhat cozy.

The room was very small. I was hoping that it would be just a little bigger. Also, there were no elevators, so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs.

Lobby and room are clean. The staffs are friendly. The location is convenient to everyone we want to go.

The bed needs be upgraded.

Shower and bathroom were nice.

Room too small for the king bed, no microwave or telephone, minimal storage space, window wouldn't fully open, no elevator, parking 3 blocks away, reception desk on second floor instead of first floor,

The staff was amazing!

The bathroom was extremely small, there was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. For how expensive it was I would have appreciated a microwave.

We were supposed to be in a Queen and the room had a Full. Room so small and poorly designed. Rude and indifferent staff. Very LGBTQ+ unfriendly

Overall the atmosphere of the hotel was great! But also loved the location, the room was very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly.

The lighting in the room was very dim.

Enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel itself. Dark and cozy entrance sets the tone. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the online communication which made everything quick and concise. Beds were clean and cozy. Enjoyed our stay!

The location was pretty good even though we have started in similar neighborhood before. It's close to high end eateries as well as very much affordable mom and pop shops.

The lack of elevator and self refilling water station would've been nice... though the staff were willing to refill our water bottles. Probably not a hotel for paraplegic anyone with serious disability.

Charming hotel, loved it our first night. Nice touches like an umbrella in the room (it was raining) and local apothecary products. Allowed extended check in/out hours. Fantastic area-Little Italy festival was going on. Lots of great restaurants & Shops.

Almost certain someone left their crying baby in the room all night alone. The hotel was indifferent that our sleep was impossible due to said baby/guests. Also, charged housekeeping ($50)on top of the 2 other sets of fees we paid, although we had none.

It was perfectly situated for our convenience

We did not know the hotel had no elevator. Considering Mr. had had knee surgery a few months ago, this was not convenient.
