Pros +
- Decor, room size, kitchen, patio, location, environmental friendliness.
- Beautiful room with full kitchen, geared for long term stay - no maid service unless requested for a fee. Very safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants, about 10 minutes to subway.
- Perfect stay
Cons -
- The cloth shower curtain was slightly mildewed but it wasn't terrible and, anyway, no one goes to NYC in order to spend a lot of time in the bathroom sniffing the shower curtain.
- There is no staff - no one at front to ask questions. Breakfast on weekdays is included, but very average.
- Finding parking spot can be a challenge.

Nice room and nice staff!
The location was just a short walk to the subway. It was exactly what we were looking for.
The wifi was often slow.
