Great location, with free wine at happy hour . Room was largest and nicest I've ever had in Manhattan.

Shortly after returning home I realized I was covered in bedbug bites. I contacted the hotel and they say they checked the room and found no evidence. Still, I was affected for over 2 weeks with terrible itching and discomfort.

The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Helpful all the time. The decorations and rooms are spacious and elegant. Clearly a top-tier hotel.

The reception desk upon entering the lobby looks like a construction zone. It's a 2 1/2 - 3 stars at best. The desk the receptionists use looks like something they picked up at a garage sale. The rooms are so dated the wood floors are worn out.

Complimentary wine hours and coffee in the am. Also free minibar soda and water!

The bed did not have a sheet, which was odd and made me think of sanitary issues from prior guests.

there wasnt 24 hr room service and the menu was rather lacking in choices. Also didn't like the reception and lobby area...it was to open and no place to sit and relax

Tired - in definite need of a refresh. The small, supposedly chic lobby area, overwhelmed by surrounding non-guest revenue, gets old for residents very quickly.

From the moment I walked in the hotel entrance on 41st Street I was greeted by Israel, who was very friendly & helpful as he checked us in. They have valet parking & free coffee & tea all day & free wine from 6pm to 8pm. In room free waters, soda & snack.

There is no one outside the door or in the vestibule so we weren't sure if we should park and leave our car there. My husband waited in the car and I went inside to check-in.

Location was amazing and the size of the room was like having a full apartment and the view of empire state building was unbelievable
