Doormen were friendly. There's a cafe in hotel. Hip vibe.

Bizarre hotel- TV turned on at 3am nightly! On complaining staff suggested unplugging TV was the only way to fix this known issue. Location was not that safe. Metro (B,D,6) stations were nearby but did not feel safe to return late at night near stations..

1st night had noise coming from ceiling every hour or so. Moved rooms. 3rd night TV came on at 3 AM by itself. Have stayed here before and same thing happened with TV at 3 AM.

Hotel was very clean. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lobby bar and coffee shop daily. The elevators were super FAST, which seems to be rare in the area. Easy subway access.

Room is very small, but most are in the area. I actually liked the shower/sink/toilet setup, but I can see room size being an issue for some.

Yes, the shower smelled of mildew. The staff tried to fix the problem, but were not able to. Also, I believe someone overcharged for laundry.

The location, the staff and the jazz club

One thing , a club promoter that was possibly affiliated with the hotel because the staff knew him and he was in the hotel lobby. Bret try to be more friendly , people will always remember how you make them feel .

Location was perfect for walking to many places. Staff was very friendly especially night staff and door staff. Able to login to my streaming platforms on the TV. Elevators are quick. Halls are quiet and everything is very clean.

Room is a basic room and pretty tight. Fine for sleeping and showering though.

Nice spacious room for a New York hotel, great bathroom and bed. 20 dollar credit to use at bar/coffee shop.

Loud music on the Sunday and Thursday due to club next door. Except for that great stay

Great value. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Space is a premium so do not expect expansive rooms. Well appointed and stylish, centrally located. Amazing roof top bar. Definitely recommended.

The worst hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Just ultra processed packaged bars and yogurts. The hotel should not be advertised as breakfast included.

Great location, very lively, room is small but really well-designed to be comfortable. We had a corner king and really enjoyed the view.

No problems at all. Was a great experience. We would stay there again on next trip.

We liked the workout facility. It was clean and the equipment all worked great. The grab-n-go breakfast was very nice to have. Items ran out quickly and we had to ask the front desk to refill.

We were on the 11th floor, and after going to bed at 11pm, we could still hear the loud music from the lobby in our room. It was way too loud - turn it down, or block it out better.

We expected a high floor but didn’t receive that which was disappointing as was part of the reason we chose the room. Lack of space to hang clothes.

I like the aesthetic of the property as well as the cleanliness and as well the lobby as soon as you walk in it smells wonderful and feels Homie.

sleeping on the upper floors is impossible because of the music coming from the Club on the 16th floor!for the price I paid, I expected at least to be able to sleep¡!!

Free brekkie was great. Loved the City Views, and hotel vibe. Location was excellent most things walking distance. Japanese restaurant was fabulous, albeit expensive. Coffee, and croissant shop very expensive, so we tended to go out. Would recommend the hotel!
