It was near to empire state building

very small rooms and tiny bathroom. while booking I selected the double bed room, but when I went there they said it is not ready and gave me a single king bed room.

The location is phenomenal and the reasoning behind my selection. A short walk to the theatre district, Central Park and Empire. The subway is a couple of blocks away for ease of travel.

The breakfast area was cold and the rooms are small, but it?s Manhattan.

Clean

No refrigerator and no microwave in the room. And there was no heat in the breakfast room. Couldn't enjoy my breakfast and coffee. Food became cold in the matter of minutes.

Yes. Was extremely noisy. Room doors very close together so when they slammed shut it was very loud. Could hear TVs and everyone getting on or off elevator. Was up until 1 am with the noise

The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was really good, and the Paul Mitchell toiletries were much appreciated!

The ice machine was broken halfway through our stay.

Centrally located..nice breakfast every morning..superior customer service!

Rooms are noisy..outside traffic even on 17th floor..I'm a light sleeper..but after all the NYC activities.. I slept like a baby.

Selection at breakfast could've been better.

The location was espectacular, you had access to time square,broadway, empire state and bryanr park all within 3 blocks walking, along with multiple subway options to travel farther away

Only the heating in the room in day 1 was off, but after reporting it it was fixed within 2 hrs.

Great location in Manhattan. Was within walking distance of all the great sights. But every hotel in the area could claim the same.

Location of breakfast area definitely an add on maybe a former garden?? Was unheated and, in November, extremely cold. There were 2 other Marriott properties that seemed to be in the same building. Fairfield Inn definitely the older and less spiffy. Rooms seemed very small. Beside bed only a very uncomfortable chair that almost fit under a desk mounted on top of the HVAC unit. Made it difficult to navigate the room. Definitely needed more storage. A small closet shoehorned in a corner by desk and nightstand was nearly impossible to use. Didn't unpack suitcases do to lack of storage in the room. All in all good for business travelers for short stays, that are traveling light. But very pricey for that.

What I like was the location with the included breakfast. The customer service and staff at the desk were exceptional and explaining everything even given us suggestions on what we could do when our free time..

Something that could've been improved for my own comfort was the size of a room. I'm a relatively tall person so I need a little more rum in most. Also adding a pullout chair instead of a stool at the desk.

The front office manager was helpless, careless and unreasonable.The room smells awful and has a very strong stain smell. The Fan/AC doesn't work at all.The bed is not comfortable
