Extremely congested room with zero comfort. It was too cramped, had no refrigerator, and lacked even a single sofa or chair. Forcing guests to sit on the bed the entire time is unacceptable.

extremely disappointing and,the worst hotel experiences I have had. Dirty and stained towels, visibly stained furniture, an unpleasant-smelling and excessively humid room, an inadequate bathroom, very loud AC.

How well they treated us as customers. the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming and so attentive.

It needed a little refreshing in the rooms, as some parts looked a bit worn.

Nothing absolutely nothing, I mean the way your website or app described the location, it was far from Times Square.

Rooms too small considering the amount inpaid, no freeze (which was given later when we asked) and no microwave ( they could not arrange because hotel does not have it). I mean how does this hotel passes audits, surveys. These are the basics by American

Door was not functioning properly got shoulder pain , changed Room but lost 1 hr time , Hot water was not coming , it was fixed next day , had to take shower in cold water

Destiny was a very welcoming and attentive host.

What is up with the extra $75 fee! I was supposed to get some of it returned, so far I haven't seen a thing.

Location was perfect.

I paid more for a top floor to be able to have a view and my view was buildings. I don't think you should charge more for that.

Location is super convenient to the Subways and everything in FiDi

Rooms are very tight and dated.

No actual closet. I was traveling with my son and daughter in law and we had absolutely no where for our luggage. There was a tiny makeshift closet only enough to hang our coats.

Good value for price, good location near subway and other sites

Room size and bathroom shower.

This was one of the poorest hotel experiences from start to finish. The front desk was unable to check us in, our first room smelled bad and did not have hot water. The second room we were given had an A/C unit that made a constant clicking noise and more

The location was the absolute best part of the stay.

The rooms are tiny and the first one didn't have hot water. If I hadn't pushed the issue, they weren't going to give us another room. They said they couldn't get it fixed until morning. Luckily the manager was able to get us another room the same night

The front desk staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly and the room was uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping slipped our room and we needed to get our towels, toilet paper, etc. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location was right near the piere, and which made it really great. I loved looking at the water. and there were a few diffrent food options avaible that was great

There was some small issues with the room, it looked like there were spots where some sort of damage had occured in the room prior to me. and it just made the room look shabby, which is a shame because the staff was nice and very helpful

1 elevator had issues and seemed off track.

Friendly staff, clean room, great pillows, ample breakfast.

Staff were very nice, hotel was clean, and breakfast was good.

The location was not in the heart of the city but it is so close to the subway that travel around the city was easy.

The toilet was broken, it would continuously keep flushing on it?s own, every 3 minutes there?d be an extremely loud noise in the bathroom of some water supply filling up the flush tank. It was unbearable and went on throughout the night.
