its a super location for the price of this hotel. The room was incredibly clean, and the bed was comfortable. This is a contactless establishment but the staff was responsive the one time I had to get in touch. Bathroom was only shared with one other room

did not realize my booking was for a room with no windows. Tv screen had damaged by the closet door. Shared bathroom instructions were ambiguous - bathroom trash was not cleared for 3 days. When they came, they took away the TP without replacement.

It was close to my son's college. It was clean & a good value for NYC

Would prefer door keys or cards over the door codes.

Location was very good

The room was freezing, literally 10 degrees even though the heat was set to 28 degrees. It clearly wasn¿t working and they told me no one is there to look at it. It¿s a contactless hotel but they didn¿t send me info to check in so I was unable to get

Exceeded expectations! Bathroom is shared with one other room. Clean and secure. I expected the stairs, and they were totally fine.

Check in was a little weird¿ they expected me to have gotten some sort of check in email that was never sent.

The location.

1. The hotel has five floors and no elevator. This fact is not revealed. 2. The room is pretty small and its furnishing does not justify the price. 3. The hotel has no personnel for check-in.

Privacy

There was a major fire in one of the rooms while I stayed. This resulted in construction , noise and equipment left in the hallway to make daily repairs. It ruined the peacefulness of the stay. There was no compensation offered for the inconvenience.

Location was great, so was the price. The room was very clean and very nice. Although it was a shared bathroom, the bathroom was very very clean

4-story walk-up. First stay was on 4th floor, second stay was on 3rd floor. That said, didn't mind it.

Room decor with the exposed brick Great location Cool demable lighting in room.

Had hair and blood stains on sheets. New set also had wads of hair. Lobby music and tv were loud all night long Staff was not too excited to help check us in. We changed rooms. First one was in a construction area in the basement by boiler room.

Terrific location, the staff were quite friendly and helpful, and although the rooms are compact, they are well-maintained and ideal for visitors who are in town for just a couple of days.

No, the hotel exceeded my expectations. (I had stayed once before and found it to be quite good, but it was even better this time.)
