- Hair in the bathtub , every single faucet was broken , I wanted to take a bath but i couldn’t. I requested an iron 30 minutes later I called back , sure enough they forgot about it. I had a meeting at 6.30pm at the restaurant, I got my iron 6.28pm, finally. I was late , because I was waiting for my iron 45 minutes. Next day cleaning lady showed up with no fresh towels , she said we ran out of them. But after giving her tips she brought me couple fresh towels but no fresh robe , hotel is packed and no enough fresh towels for every room. Seriously?
- The breakfast was the only thing that brings the rating down in my view. The place looks like a coffee shop (as oppose to a 5 star hotel restaurant) the menu is ok and service just about ok. The quality of food not bad at all, in one case quantity was astonishingly small and the way it was served was not miserable as well.

Incredible experience. Was upgraded to a suite for our anniversary for free. Bottle of champagne chocolates a card! Can’t say how great this was.

Location and the roof bar
First day we got there the fire Alarm system having issues . It took them couple hours to get fixed that was a scary experience .Bar furniture sofas were kinda torn and old

Very disappointed. A very high cost (almost 7000 dollars for three nights, bed and breakfast) for a relatively small room and very limited service. Staff not very attentive to customer needs, no welcome gift, the staff's attention seems to be focused on the customers of the Nubeluz restaurant and not on the much more paying guests of the hotel. Our daughters were not even able to visit the rooftop, because they are 10 and 15 years old. Really too many flaws for the quality / price ratio.

Staff was a pleasure. Suite was nice. Bathroom-excellent, bedroom-very good, living/dining room-fair. View from bedroom & bathroom was great. Window and eating area in other room of suite seemed an afterthought. Room service was solid but uninspired. Dinner at Bazaar was lovely. Location was great.
See above. Living/dining room of suite took NO advantage of the great view. The dining table was tucked into an odd corner and barely usable. Also, table should be cleaned underneath. The refrigerator was tiny and unusable for anything but the minibar (not convenient for a week long stay). Staff did send up a larger refrigerator (which was nice) but it was old and an eyesore.

My wife and I received warm greeting upon arrival (Matthew) and our upgraded room (thanks Joy) was perfectly appointed and the view: magnificent. Enjoyed Nobeluz and Zaytinya (breakfast and dinner).

Wonderful hotel with excellent views of the city from the King High Floor suite. Very modern and new. Amazing service and definitely leagues ahead of the Ritz Central Park. Rooftop bar is exceptional with incredible views.

Excellent bed. The Club facilities, service and food. Fantastic staff. Spacious bathroom, excellent shower, wonderful towels and robe.
Quite bland room with generic feel to it. Furniture and technology choices very similar to 300 usd a night hotels in the Nordics.
