Big space, comfy beds, unique hotel

The couch was not comfortable or functional and the kitchen was lacking some things to make it functional. I was very surprised there was not a coffee maker in the room or communal kitchens.

Location. Place in room with Murphy bed folded in. The bed alcove. The new bagel shop downstairs. Terrace is nice.

Laundry facilities down, only found out after booking. Were able to get one wash for free but that didn’t make up for the lack of these facilities during our multiple day stay. It was the main reason for us to book this property. Also there was blood on the curtain next to the alcove, pretty disgusting. So part of the curtain next to your head. The ‘sofa’ is barely usable as so uncomfortable (it folds in to make the Murphy bed) and there is no table in the standard studio.

the location is very good. Walk to NYSE only 5-8 minutes. The subway station Wall street is also 5 minutes by walk. Walk to Fulton market in 5 minutes and there is fatastic view of brooklyn bridge and manhattan bridge! Walk to One world observatory within 20 minutes, 3-4 supermarket nearby (wholefood, Jubilee, Fulton, etc.), in the room, there is a kitchen, and refrigerator, which means you can buy some food from supermarket and make some easy dishes by yourself. Also in the common room, there are round tables and bigger kitchenware, such as stove and oven, where you can cook big meals by yourself and sit down with your family to enjoy the meal together, and it is for free.

Customer service was great. Efficient staff. Unit and complex clean. Temperature well controlled by occupants.Quick access to trains.

Counter space in bathroom very limited.No extra towels/washcloths in room. But was easily delivered by staff. Game room and laundry out of service.Older furniture. Sofa not comfortable and itchy, also old. Covered with a sheet.

Comfortable, loved the vibe, location was surprisingly great, and the staff were also super nice!

Really would have appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which were closed, although they provided a complimentary laundry service so that was great.

The front desk staff were excellent! The room was nice and roomy for a downtown spot, and everything in the common areas was clean. The terrace is a great place to relax and unwind.The location couldn’t be better—so many attractions within walking distance, plus tons of great places to grab a bite nearby. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the ferry to Brooklyn!

The room always feels stuffy and warm due to inadequate ventilation. The bathroom fan is barely working, and the air conditioning unit doesn't seem to operate properly either. Maintenance has visited several times to check the unit, but nothing has improved. The hallway often feels cooler than our room, even when the AC is running.

It was an ideal set up for traveling with a family. Grandma babysat the grandkids while the parents were at a wedding.

Great hotel for 2 people. Large rooms with 2 queen beds in separate areas.

No coffee machine, need to have more frequent apartment cleaning times, loud AC, and noise in the area during sleeping hours.

Bad was small and not covinient

The facility was falsely advertised. They knew facilities were not in working order weeks before we arrived, but didn’t update their listing. We got an email the day of our arrival stating that the facilities would not be available such as the laundry facilities, the game room, facilities, etc..

The facility was a complete inconvenience because none of the promised amenities worked.

Great location right in the financial district which means lots of places to eat but quiet in the evenings and weekends. Right near ferries as well and near Wall Street subway

Great stay, loads of space & storage for a family of four. Brilliant location - enjoyed the gym too!

Good room size for a family and decent location. Staff is not very attentive, doesn’t really offer to assists (eg when you come with a full luggage trolley and kids nobody gets up to help. Gym while well equipped isn’t really attended to as was never cleaned when I was there for towels and water cups available/ refilled. For young people it’s surely a good value for money proposition (w kitchen and laundry room on premise). Location is not great for eating out at night but close to public transport.

Amazing place to stay in New York! On Wall Street approximately 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station! The staff were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating of any requests! We would definitely stay again! We stayed in a 2 bedroom room and it was amazing! Only slight complaint is there was no full length mirror in the room anywhere and no mirrors in the bedrooms! The only mirror was a small mirror on the bathroom cabinet! It wouldn't impact on us staying here again as it was amazing but would be something useful to add!

Upon arrival, the staff made provision so that we could check in earlier as well as a room upgrade. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The room had everything one could need while staying in the City for a week. Facilities were good and nothing was broken or faulty. The location was quiet and convenient to catch any transport or to walk to a coffee or breakfast spot within 10mins.

No complaints about this accommodation or location.

We were upgraded from our studio to a full appartment for the entire duration of our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and convenient location. Great facilities, with everything we could need. Clean and fresh room. Coffee and breakfast spots within close walking distance and a cafe kiosk in the lobby. Deliveries and parcels were collected and kept at reception for any online orders.

There’s nothing not to like

The apartment has everything you can need for a stay in New York. We stayed here for 9 nights in a studio plus located in 22th floor (amazing Wall Street views). It was included a cleaning service for the whole stay (not the best but normal taking into account this is an apartment more than a hotel). Also they gave us a free breakfast for one day. The location is pretty good, calm and safe area in Wall Street. You can reach midtown Manhattan easily with all the metro lines that cross close the property. The apartment itself has a complete mini kitchen, bathroom with towels and plenty of space. 24/7 reception desk. Also they provide luggage storage if you need it.Without any doubt, I will try to come back to this “hotel” when I visit New York again.

Great for anyone looking for apartment style stay whether traveling for work or with family.

I had specifically requested a quieter and/or higher floor as I am traveling for work and can’t afford a bad night of sleep. While the staff said they gave me an upgrade (it is definitely was bigger), it was noisier as it was next to kitchen, laundry and closer to street/alley. Took many days of negotiation and they gave me a higher floor on the last day of my 5 day stay. I would still come back only if they confirmed a higher floor.
