Location to the theatre district

Extremely small noisy rooms, fight in the hallway and hotel smoke alarm went off at 2am. Forced to extend our stay one night due to flight cancelation and the hotel charged us $--- for one night. Not worth the price.

We really enjoyed the staff, the food, the bar(s), design and decor of the hotel.

We thought that the bathroom sink area was much too small for 2 people.

Rooftop location and bartenders

Proactively with communication after waiting 2 hrs for my vehicle, no one came to discuss the issue. Had to complain to find out the fee was comped, I would?ve stayed in my room and spent more money on room service if I was aware of the wait.

The staff was great. They were attentive and professional.

They didn?t clean the room the next day and I couldn?t find any instruction to get it cleaned or avoiding the maid service

The location for times square, staff were friendly and very helpful, the whole place felt modern and was very clean, we would definitely stay here again

We didn't realise there was a $500 deposit required upon checking in (this is charged against your credit card), however this was fully paid back a couple of days after checking out once they check the room over, we also didn't realise the roof top bar was closed on our last night (which was a Sunday) so missed out here but we may have missed this detail somewhere and would have visited sooner knowing this.

Great location just off Times Square, the staff were excellent, the room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, wifi worked well. Good access for the subway

It was a little noisy at times with guest being disrespectful of checking out at 04:00 and the self closing door, close with a bang.

Breakfast was not included. When I sat down in the eating area, I had to look for staff to order food. I also had to get my own utensils, salt, and pepper, and the staff were rude.

The staff at the hotel were rude and unpleasant to talk to. While the hotel is very beautiful and luxurious, the way the staff treated guests was disappointing. The wait times for luggage pickup were outrageous, and the staff's demeanor was quite unprofessional. This negative aspect was the main thing I disliked about my stay. If it weren't for the staff, it would truly be a wonderful hotel.

I did not like being surprised with a HOTEL surcharge that was never mentioned prior to my checking in. When you find the ad online, it says taxes included, but no mention of a HOTEL surcharge

Easy access to local attractions and public transportation.

We only wish there was more places for clothing. There were 3 of us in a room with two queen beds but there is not much room for luggage or garment storage.

Superb location close to Times Square, impressive musical decor and fabulous helpful staff. A nice sized hotel where you don't feel lost and staff members know you by name after only a few days

The staff here is outstanding! Every person we encountered went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Even on a very busy holiday season weekend, room service was fast. The front desk, bell people, and housekeeping were all friendly and accommodating. Security is great, with room keys needed for elevator access, and at night, a room key scan is required to enter the elevator lobby. The hotel is updated, modern, and well-decorated, with a lot of fun music memorabilia on display. We liked the restaurant and our room and bath were a comfortable size, especially by New York city standards.
