The location as I couldn’t hear too much of the city noise. The service was great. They also did it turn down service, which I was not aware that they would do, but it was a nice treat. The room was great as well as the heated floors in the bathroom.

Yes. The name of Hotel is written in old English like hand written. Very hard to read so Taxi and Huber drivers can¿t read it. The name of hotel should be clearly written

Amazing hotel! Closest metro station is about 3mins walk. Ordered in-room breakfast service the whole time we were there & amenities were tip top. If I had to nitpick I would say our room didn’t really have much of a view but it didn’t really matter bcs we were out and about exploring the city anyway. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful location

I’m really disappointed they don’t like to photograph lobby I feel really bad I was there at other hotels It’s no problem. But this hotel people say don’t take a photograph. This is really bad experience look like a very unprofessional because we are not selling the pictures just memories. It’s very simple.

Just the perfect location if you want to visit NYC/Manhattan but without the craziness of Midtown. It's a lovely neighbourhood and easy to get everywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn (and beyond) by subway or taxi (and the subway is far easier than most tourists will tell you!)Staff are brilliant, the decor is delightful and the classiness of the place is to die for.I've been twice now, once with my husband and another time with my elderly parents - and it's just perfect.

The rooms were large for NYC rooms and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed the extras like hot chocolate in the lobby, free cookies in the room, and turn down service. The staff was unfailingly warm and helpful. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great.

Parking was valet only and expensive ($75/day) though we found a garage around the corner that worked well

Very large room, comfortable bed, very nice minibar, nice little lobby bar with live jazz on some nights , very nice staff , very quiet room. Nice choices and quality of breakfast.

The room I received was cold, as it had a heating problem , took the hotel 3 days to move to to a different room ( compensated me with a refund for only one night ) location is problematic if you are looking to spend your time in midtown, staff is very friendly but on a few cases, requests made to the lobby went unanswered and I had to call several times to remind them. Gym is new but very small and lacks basic equipment. Room has "smart" lighting system which keeps deeming in and out if your standing still which is annoying and I had to keep turning the lights back on . Smart Japanese toilet is not so smart, keeps turning itself on and flashing even if someone is not in the bathroom. All in all, a nice a hotel but rooms need to have better upkeep in terms of systems

The rooms were amazing. I loved the radiant heat in the floors. The staff was very welcoming and always pleasant. The entire building smelled amazing.

The location was a bit more downtown than I normally pick, but that is clearly a me problem. I will still be back!

Everything ! The staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived early in the morning and our room was ready for us with balloons and a celebratory bottle of cava for our silver wedding anniversary. The room was gorgeous. The bar was really cool too. We hadn’t stayed in this area before but the subway was a shirt walk away which made getting around very easy.

The door staff was incredible. Always welcoming and with a smile. The bathroom was a delight with heated flooring and a powerful shower head. Nicely scented toiletries. Tea kettle and Dyson hair dryer were unexpected. Linens were in excellent condition.Loved the turn down service. Very attractive staff. Nice views. Perfect bed. Quiet from street noise. Intimate lounge.

Slightly dusty in places. Dining and bar staff kvetching openly in groups but friendly when called upon.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The service was unbelievable. We have two little ones and the staff were so welcoming and really made us feel at home. It was a perfect location with loads to do round Wall Street, with a subway stop just 3 min walk away. We came back to the hotel in the afternoon and were welcomed with hot cider and cookies - it couldn’t get any better! There was a lovely cosy cocktail bar in the hotel with the best cocktails, and our little ones were welcomed which was great. We will 100% return every time we visit New York!! 10/10

The hotel is new, very clean, has a great vibe in part due to the decor but mostly thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. This is a lovely well run urban retreat, befitting of the Paspaley legacy...on return each evening you feel as though you leave behind the chaos and dirtiness of Manhattan once you walk through the doors.

The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful, kind and professional!!! Special thanks to the doormen, he was so funny and welcoming, making us laugh and happy from the first second we entered the hotel.

The $500 charge is still "pending authorization" 3 weeks later - blocked $500 on my card, with no explanations :(
