Pros +
- The hotel?s location, right in the heart of Times Square in NYC, made it easily accessible and convenient for getting around.
- Shower and close to every thing
- Clean, friendly, comfortable
Cons -
- The bar had live music every night. They played until midnight, that can be heard in the rooms. My friend has a disability and this place was far from accessible. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating…but overall not accessible.
- The first room my associate and I were placed in had bugs, so we immediately informed the staff. They moved us to a temporary room for the night, with plans to assign us a permanent room the following day. However, the room given was quite small.

Too small
Clean, friendly, comfortable
Room is very small but it¿s very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to walk to the metro or Times Square and has lots of food options right down the stairs
The water not always warmed up for showers
Room was cold my entire stay no manager was available to accommodate me for my room . I was in town for a very important business expo and was very disappointed I had to go to nearby coffee shops to conduct work/business because there was no heat.
Location and price
Only one thing was that it took a long time for the water to get hot for showering
Location
Construction nearby no full-length mirror no safe in room
The bed and room were way too small for 2 adults. It was so bad we didn't stay overnight. We checked out at 10PM and the staff didn't even ask us why so we volunteered the reasons and they could care less. It took until 1:00AM before we got home.
Great location. Friendly and responsive staff.
Just noticed our credit card was billed twice for the one fee so we'll have to contact them to fix.
Location
Although the occupancy was 3 adults only 2 towels were provided. No phone in room, it was very annoying going down to the front desk to ask for additional towels. Also, the shower had black mold on the bottom and top. Towels were dirty. Sheets were dirty.
FABULOUS location for the theater! Location, location, location...
Our room (a triple with a bunkbed) had only one tiny window onto an air shaft. Not pleasant to hang out in.
Bed was comdortable
The room is 8x10
The room was too small no soace to move around
Super Micro tiny room
The hotel was great! Service and staff were great! Room was clean.
Nothing. Great experience!
Great location in the middle of Time Square
Room is extremely small.
