Staff, location, service and availability were all amazing

The A/C automatically and constantly turned off, and there was some noise during the night (Floor 7), other than that, amazing experience and highly recommended hotel, very modern.

Location and staff. Very convenient location. Easy walk to any Subway. Hotel located right in the heart of all luxury shopping stripe without high price tag. Hotel staff know you by name, room is extremely clean. Free water refill at the gym.

Restaurants around the area could be expensive and intimidating but we have no problem.

Motorized shades, beautiful bathroom. Big TV, comfy bed

The air conditioning won’t stay where you set it while you’re gone so the room is warm when we’d come back from a hot day.

The location was prefect. Close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Amazing location .Room was big in size with a wide window (no view though) The room's restroom had a " ToTo toilets " which is a washlet kind ? highly appreciated ??

Staff was not friendly and not very helpful. They keep a disk in the loby for concierge but no one there to ask or to make reservations .

TV did not work. The elevator was very slow to respond to our floor. The light to the bathroom only worked when the light in room was on, so all night time trips to the bathroom were in the dark. Plumbing work in the adjacent room at 8am on Sunday morning woke us up and was a terrible racket. Sewage backed up into our sink. All things considered it was very disappointing. Also, the check-in staff’s grasp of English was a struggle.

We are from Texas and would have liked our room to be cooler temperature wise!No complaints otherwise We liked the complimentary waters!

We loved this hotel. Great location, super helpful staff. We loved that our room was ready early and that we were able to get a late check out. Located 1 block from Grand Central and 2 blocks from Rockefeller Center and the Rockefeller Subway station. Plenty food options around. Our view was of 48th Street, which was pretty cool.Room was surprisingly big for NYC. Plenty of storage. Loved the luggage storage for carry on luggage under the bed. The black out curtains were nice. TV was huge. Bed was pretty comfy. Shower was huge with 2 different shower heads. Loved the fridge for leftovers and drinks. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing. However, the lights were odd - 2 different sets and it was confusing to figure out how to get them to work. Not an issue at all, just odd.

Excellent location for arrivals from JFK, within walking distance of great places for coffee and lunch, and extremely easy to make your way to anywhere in Manhattan and beyond via convenient public transport options. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and staff were extremely accommodating.

Clean hotel with early maid service along with a pleasant staff that were very customer service oriented. Doormen, front desk, bag storage etc. The rooms were spacious

I would’ve loved it if you had connecting rooms for families or two queen beds in a room.

The windows in the room were not sound proof so we clould hear a lot of noise during the night from the streets eventhough we were on the 14th floor.
