This is definitely not 4 stars hotel as it was advertised ,,very basic room ,no breakfast ,no coffee in the room ,expensive

Late checkout scam. We were told at check-in that late checkout was $75/hour after noon, but were later told it would be $75 just to stay from 11 to noon and were lectured about being even a minute late, despite trying to clarify the policy before 11 a.m.

Location, room size, cleanliness

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

1.We asked several times for extra towels and washcloths and did not receive them 2.The room was DIRTY! Food behind the bed. Hair all over the shower 3.There were no quiet hours and no one knew if there were any. 4.The hallways had garbage all over

Safety! I question if the locks on the doors work properly...my door was open when I first got to my room. Later, when I returned (despite my Do Not Disturb sign on) the door was ajar and an employee was in my room going thru my purse!

Great location, great hotel and staff. Good breakfast and great roof top deck!

Television stations were not working specifically ESPN. Shower head was malfunction/leak at connection

I found a tick on my bed, and non of us have a dog or a pet. Elevators were SLOW!!!

No desk and chair furniture suitable for using laptop. Went to nearby coffee shop.

I couldn't beat this location for the price! Great places to eat within walking distance.

I wish there were a refrigerator and microwave in the room. At least a fridge.

Reasonably modern and upscale hotel in an ethnic, melting pot area of NYC with a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Only small issues like a wall outlet that didn't work, a room refrigerator that only served as a bar and a very un-secure and difficult to use wi-fi system - nothing major.

The location was great, roughly 10 blocks from time square.

There was no microwave or refrigerator stationed within the room. Also, the gym should did not have a 5-gallon water reserve for guests.

Staff was terrific-helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Fine to have an iPad, but couldn't use it for other than a clock. Really liked the hardwood floors.

Room and hotel in general were a bit too stark.We appreciate the simple design, but no artwork or decorations and almost no color was cold and unappealing. Our room 311 was noisy with busses right under the windows. Also, very cold, poor insulation?

The Service, attention, discretion, and most importantly I loved their cleanliness. Also liked the fact that its accessibility is wonderful.

Too much of a process to extend my stay. Difficulty for guests to come visit as they were always stopped at front desk. No attention given from housekeeping if I stayed all day in my room - at least call and make sure nothing's needed.
