    Great location, bed, shower, maid...

Like the location it was very convenient being so close to the places we wanted to visit. But the customer services was the best we ever encounter! My wife was feeling sick and the staff went beyond what was expected! They sent a care package to our room so she can recover quickly and enjoy her stay.

    That hotel didn't have breakfast.

Fabulous location. I stayed here previously and was very impressed by the staff and the room.

I hated my room on this visit. I was right next to the elevator and asked to be moved, but the staff member I spoke to most suggested I "call in the morning" to see if anything else was available. I didn't bother. Overall the staff lacked the friendliness and didn't provide the level of service I experienced previously.

The room was huge for NYC, it was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. The location was superb, you couldn’t ask for better in New York. The full city is accessible via the local subway which is roughly a 3 minute walk away. Central Park is a 5-10 minute walk away too.

No complains. You will struggle to find a better hotel (location & comfort wise) for the price in NYC.

Location is absolutely ideal - close to Central Park and times square and there's a subway within 100 yards Staff could not have been more helpful and the rooms are more than big enough

Nothing to do with the hotel but the UN Summit was on when we visited which lead to alot of roads around the hotel being closed and alot of police sirens going off from around 3:30 onwards

We had a wonderful stay. The central location was perfect - right near a subway station, which made getting around the city super easy, and just a short walk to Central Park. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and fit for purpose. No complaints at all, everything was just right.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike, though as a younger couple we found Midtown, while central, not the most exciting neighbourhood to stay in compared to other parts of the city.

    Location , smaller hotel

The sakes put h of timeshare. Especially travelling as an international. Also a big wedding anniversary ( 25 years). No acknowledgment.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The staff, the location, the room is spacious and clean. And don't sleep on Angelos across the street.

Not a bad thing to say.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ovie and his team at the door were so kind and we just lived chatting to them. The reception staff were polite and professional.

    Nothing, everything met our expectation

    10ShawnPosted on: 8-3-2025

The staff really went out of their way to help us, my kid had a performance in the city, and the room service surprised us with wine and card for encouragement when we came back to the room! What a friendly gesture! The lobby staff and doorman were also extremely helpful and friendly! The room was clean and neat as well.

Excellent spot right near central park and lots of main attractions. Great facilities, enough space, comfortable bed. Had everything I needed!

Slightly expensive like the rest of NYC, but that's to be expected

The location of the Hilton Club West 57 TH street is very good. First and foremost, in relation to the wonderful Central Park, but also in relation to e.g. subway, short distance to shopping on 5 TH Avenue, for example. The room (we had a "King Studio") on the 14th floor with a view of 57th street, was also very good. We were very happy with the room itself. Very good and comfortable beds including pillows and mattresses. Everything was clean and nice, as well as a great bathroom in addition. As I see it, the cleaning staff did the best job and gave the best impression. They were both good and nice, all credit to them.Another advantage of this hotel was that there were never problems with crowded elevators, slow elevators and long waits for elevators, as you often find in more traditional hotels in NYC

What was most disappointing about the hotel was the general level of service and customer service from the reception staff. My assessment is that the level of this important element is that it was far below what I expect and what I am used to. I have stayed at other more traditional hotels nearby and further down towards Times Square, where the level of service was of a slightly different caliber. Not least, I have stayed at other Hilton hotels, especially on the west coast, where the customer service was at a significantly higher level.

Staff was beyond excellent - professional, helpful, and friendly. The front desk, doormen, and cleaning staff were all top notch! The room had a good view and were so quiet! The hotel was also in an optimal location for a lot of the typical NYC attractions - Central Park, 5th Ave, Times Square, etc. Elevators were fast with minimal waits.

The only flaw I could find was that there were a few signs of wear on some of the furniture, but absolutely nothing much.

Everything was fine, the staff was super friendly, the location is perfect, everything is near. Special thanks to Kristina and Joe (not sure) helped us a lot
