Anything lower than a 10 is ridiculous. This hotel room is over 800sq feet downtown Manhattan. 3 blocks from Rockefeller¿¿ if you have kids, there is no where else to stay. Staff was incredible
Complaints about housekeeping during covid are silly. Ignore it and book this hotel
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Bed was very comfortable as were all of the furnishings. We needed to extend Our stay an extra day and they were very helpful with that. They are carefully following COVID protocols.
The pillows didnâ≢t work for me and there was no selection for a different kind.
I got more than I expected. The hotel is in a very convenient location for most anything whether it be shopping, dining, site seeing on foot, or catching a train. The room was clean and simple.
Suite was very large and staff helpful
Towels looked like they were from Salvation Army. Very old., thin and hard But bed linens were fine.
Thinking this must have been an apartment at one time. Refinished hardwood floors living room full kitchen bedroom clean bathroom. Very comfortable.

This hotel was excellent! The rooms were clean and since we were traveling with kids the amount of space was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially  the breakfast cook/front desk guy and the maintenance man!

The rented our room out. The man at the desk kept saying that our reservation did not exist. I gave the conformation number and they still said no. We spelled our name, quite a few times and then showed the proof of conformation on my Phone.
He set us across town in a cab but paid for the other hotel and cab ride to. I was coming for 2 day treatment cancer treatment a new by facility and had to pay the cab back in the morning.
The staff were really excellent at this hotel. A great surprise. It was also very clean and the apartment suite I had was most excellent.
There is major construction right next to the hotel and the staff warned me that it is not consistent. One night was terribly noisy, even for NYC. Another night was fine, for NYC.
The location.
The sheets were SO scratchy. I literally had to grab the extra blankets from the closet and use one as a sheet one as a blanket. And the elevators are WAY too slow.
It was great having a family room, dinning room, and kitchen! The bedrooms were nice a big. Perfect walking distance to so many hot spots.
How big the apartment was
It?s like a 2 bedroom apartment! Wonderful space! Everyone at the front desk was amazing!
