    Pros +

    • Location was great. Close to the subway, walking distance from many things.
    • Great location in mid town Manhattan. Only eight blocks / ten minutes walk to penn station.
    • Awesome location, great staff  stylish rooms.

    Cons -

    • To say the room was small is laughable. And the bed looked like a blow up air mattress rather than a real bed because it was so low to the ground. There was literally no where in the bathroom to place toiletries beyond one or two small items.
    • Rooms a bit on the small side, but to be expected in NYC.
    • There was deceptive advertising. Room was advertised as a "Double" but that actually meant 1 double bed, not two beds as typical when that term is used.

    Location & happy hour

I reserved for 2 people in & had to share a bed.

It was a cute hotel and in a good location for my need.

The room was surprisingly small, even for Manhattan. And, I've stayed in a number of different hotels in Manhattan.

Location and price!! This was an amazing find for the neighborhood.

A few things were broken in the room--I had trouble reaching the front desk from my room phone... I eventually gave up and just called from my cell to finally get through. Also, the drain was broken. Other than that, adorable!

The locations was near my purpose of travel.

The fire alarm going off when showering, my room and others. I was awoke a 3a.m. to the fire alarm sounding. In addition the television had very poor reception, I could find two channels that came in after searching through all the channels programmed.

The location was perfect. Only about 2 blocks away from a subway stop

One of the washcloths was stained & had a hair in it. The bed was too low to the floor. My husbands key stopped working & when he went to front desk to get a new one, they wouldn''t give him one without me there. The bathroom door broke & was never fi

    Location, price

Carpets are gross, rooms are tiny (that's fine I knew that) but the bed felt unclean and the room smelled very musty.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-19-2018

Too was tiny, even for manhattan. Could barely fit bed. Tiny desk/table but no room for chair. Furniture was chipped. Hallways dark and dirty. Hotel bar was closed by health department.

very close to subway, updated modern room, comfortable, air conditioning worked great

there was a strange smell in the room, bed was not that comfortable

    7RachelPosted on: 8-16-2018

The hotel was in a great location! Walking distance to High Line and Union Square and very close to the subway trains.

The room seemed damp and uncomfortable. Rooftop terrace lights did not work so guests were unable to enjoy the rooftop in evening. Also the downstairs cafe was closed. It also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

    7DavisPosted on: 8-9-2018

Hotel had an intimate rooftop with a view of the Rockefeller.

    Room was TOO small.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-7-2018

The staff was very helpful and kind. They let me keep my luggage at the hotel before and after I had checked out. The Chelsea area in general was really great.

    6RacquelPosted on: 7-25-2018

Very clean and the location was great.

When we tried to check out, their computer system was down so we had to just leave an email address to get our receipt and final charges. A lot of other patrons had to do the same thing. However, I never received a receipt by email.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-11-2018

Great location, Close to subway (1 block), A/C in room was fantastic. Serviceable free internet, room was fairly clean, held baggage on arrival and departure days. City noise not terribly loud, considering hotel location.

Room was small and had seen better days. No refrigerator in room. Shower curtain not long enough, bathroom floor wet after every shower. No guidebook for hotel amenities i.e. ice machine location. A/C in hotel lobby was out for most of visit.

    10BrianPosted on: 7-11-2018

    Very quiet and conveniently located.

Advertised free parking. There was no free parking unless you can find it on the street.

    10SujayPosted on: 7-5-2018

    7MichaelPosted on: 6-15-2018
