- The breakfast
- Hotel staff went above and beyind and breakfast staff was lovely .
- It was really very close to where all the action of times square, but surprisingly very quiet. Staff at front desk had outstanding customer service. ? would definitely go there again!
Cons -
- Fans on in breakfast area but they turned them off, when a guest asked so it was fine.
- One elevator broke down. Cockroach on bathroom.
- The carpet was not clean. The small size of the room was surprising.
