Staff are very friendly. The location is awesome as it is in the heart of everything and very close to a major subway station

The break was okay, hot & fresh. My room was fairly nice & clean.

Not sure what mattress or bed, but it could have been more comfortable, it almost felt like a pull out sofa bed instead of a real bed .

Paper plates, paper cups, plastic cutlery all feels s bit twee, temporary snd second rate…….even if it does get recycled!

Good location in the city. Reasonable rates for NYC. Rooms are nice and the breakfast is pretty good. The fitness center, while small, is adequate.

I wish they had ice machines on each floor.

Poor lighting in room

First time staying here for 6 nights. Staff were easy going n always smiling.Both elevators function pretty good.Room size was ok for solo traveller.Bfast were alright. Oats, muffin, coffee, fruits were delicious.Non bacon egg ommelette were very handy too, even though its not on a daily basis.House keeping was on a daily basis but i didnt ask for it, so i was fine as room was messy with clothes.

Rattling noise coming from the heater/ac on some nights..Pillows a little soft but managed well.

Great location in Manhattan, ideal for a first time in New York. The room was pretty good and the bed was comfortable

The lady that checked us in wasn't very welcoming and made zero effort to communicate better (she was speaking fast and at a very low volume). It looks like a cheap hotel when you first come in, barely like a 2 star hotel. We understood that at less than 200£ a night you only get the bare minimum in NYC.. But the worst was the breakfast. It was the most cheap-looking breakfast I've ever had in my life and I travel quite a lot. All cutlery was cardboard, the tables were full of rubbish and there was barely any choice. It may be free but sometimes it's best to pay a bit more to eat better and have a better experience

The breakfast and the location was perfect.I could view the empire state building my my hotel window.

The friendly staff that would do their best to look after you . I recommend this hotel as I really like the small touches of free hot tea and coffee 24/7 after a cold day in the city of NYC. I nearly forgot the free homemade cookies

Maybe the lift . It was probably a little slow. We were on the 19th Floor .

Cookies ran out. Scrambled eggs were bad, better as omelet which was only there 2 out of 10 days. At breakfast need more meat. Ran out of butter.

Breakfast is nice, but there are no vegetables.It also gets repeated about once every three days. Nice Location.Also have Tea time have nice cookies and all day coffee and tea.

Hot breakfast with many options was great. Location near subway and attractions was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and quick to help, very professional. The option to store our bags was very convenient. I was able to check in early, which was very helpful. Cookies in the afternoon were a bonus!
