Poorly renovated job done especially in bathroom, a kindergarten could have done a better grout job. Elevator was scary

Our room was generally quite, and the cleaning staff was awesome.

WE GOT NO BREAKFAST! We came downstairs at 9:30 to no eggs, meat, protein ... I'M DIABETIC and we booked this hotel BECAUSE it had hot breakfast -- staff refused to even make an egg -- when I complained later, the front desk was quite rude and blamed US!

The towels and linens are threadbare and some had holes.

Well decorated, comfortable bed, good AC, Nice bathroom w/quality brands of built-in soaps, lotion, and shampoo. Contained a hair dryer, iron, personal safe, mini frig and coffee pot. Water in the shower was instantly hot. Nice free breakfast.

The room size was incredibly small. You could hardly walk around the bed Some of the staff were ok but 2 were downright nasty! I never had such a poor experience in the service industry.

The AC was making noise all night! AC vent cover was dirty, may be part if it was broke? I did not make a big deal since the outside temp was 60-65 degree F. However, certain time it would be really hot inside

There are only 2 elevators and twice one of them was broken--so that left on one working elevator for the whole building. I missed one event because I could not get out of the hotel in a timely manner.

Elevator was very slow

It is not the hotel fault but the neighborhood is not very safe. There was a lot of homeless people on the street. Many with mental issues.

It was clean and the staff was great

Think being called a Times Square hotel is a stretch. It?s a pretty far walk from there. As w other NY hotels the elevator wait is insane.

This hotel needs a dedicated water bottle filling station . A/C is loud. Elevators are noisy and doors creak like a haunted house.

Good breakfast. Only little waiting for elevator. Nice place. No problems with the area at night

2 elevators for the entire hotel. 1 of those elevators was down most of my stay. Incredibly long waits to come and go anywhere.
