The staff were very accommodating and professional

The neighborhood was kind of rough- drugged out people hanging around at night and a lot of garbage on the streets- more than the regular amount for New York.

Location. Cleanliness, it was comfortable and we truly enjoyed the trip.

Restaurant: entire experience and food totally unsatisfactory. Then had to pay $19 fee for lousy dining. Would never recommend or go there again!

The staff’s friendly & observant greetings made the stay feel warm and safe. The rooms were always kept tidy, clean, and accessible. It was evident that intentionality was behind many things. We loved the complimentary tickets to the museum!

The elevator waiting time stood out.

Proximity to Times Square, responsiveness of management and staff, room size

Bar needs a menu and better staff, someone who's familiar with the beverage being offered and in better command of the English language. Also, bar is no supposed to shut down before the official final call time.

Nothing special abut this hotel

Check in stated to be 3pm we got their early however the rooms were not even ready at 3 pm due to late checkout for the Marriott members. Definitely not a 4 star hotel like stated on website .

The room was really nice and my bed was very comfortable. The location was great.

Greeted by a very friendly front desk! Bar tender he was fantastic, very friendly and professional! Super easy check in and check out! Very pleased with the accommodations! Will be back!

I couldn't check in early but they made every effort to make me comfortable so I understood and appreciate them.

I have reviewed the invoice I received and noticed an unexpected increase of 551, which is approximately 51 USD. I would like a clear explanation for this increase.On the first day, I was also charged 25 USD after being informed by the reception staff that I had a complimentary breakfast which could be used either that day or the following day. Unfortunately, the information provided was unclear, and the amount was still deducted from my account.In addition, my card was charged three separate times with different amounts, which caused confusion and inconvenience.I kindly request a detailed breakdown of all charges and a refund for any incorrect or duplicated amounts.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your clarification.

Nice location, the front desk staff was very nice.

Shower set up is not the best.

Halls can be busy and easily heard through door/walls BUT it’s New York- you want silence, go to the burbs.
