Elevators not working. Switched off for customer floor calls and controlled by Staff not knowing English. Walking 20 floors not a joke. Most guests waiting in line for 15 to 30 min to try catch the elevator...then walking the narrow stairs

Good value for the area. The staff was top notch!!

36 floors with 2 elevators which only 1 was working and I had to walk down from the 17th floor one time and spent up to 20 minutes waiting for the elevator. Safety hazard

Two elevators for 30+ floors is not enough. One morning we waited more than 20 minutes before I walked downstairs and got assistance for my friend who is handicapped.

Accessible and near to all. Breakfast is okay but doesn't serve bacon. Lol

Saw 2 small coachroach on the breakfast room but looks like everything is clean. There are only 2 elevators. Its takes 30mins to get it to the elevator during breakfast time.

The staff were very nice. Checking in and checking out went smoothly, I was very happy with my stay. I liked the location from where I wanted to be near Time Square area.

The elevators! It took forever to come down from our room every morning. We were late one morning due to the problems with the elevator. We waiting for 25 minutes one morning to get down stairs. The elevator definitely needs to be updated.

It was clean and it was walking distance everything we wanted to see.

The hotel is small, cramped, and understaffed. They're all polite, but those poor people can't keep up. There are only two elevator cars for 36 floors worth of guests, which causes significant delays when attempting to leave. The valet sucks too.

The staff was extremely pleasant. I do not remember everyone's name, but the front desk woman was outstanding, the gentleman who assisted her in the lobby was fantastic, and Anna of the food/wait staff was very kind and helpful.

Your staff member, William, the pm desk clerk. He was lazy, incompetent, not helpful at all and unprofessional. When he was working there was no coffee, chips and sometimes not even water. He needs to find another job bc he certainly stinks at this one.
