- Convenient. Walking distance to a lot of food places.
- Clean, well kept rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
- The location is outstanding for a visit to NYC. It's outside of the chaos of the traditional tourist hub of Times Square, but if you want to go there, it's easily accessible by walking or subway. Likewise, getting to the Financial District is easy.
Cons -
- It?s very run down, and not cleaner that well
- The room walls are very thin, so you can easily hear in-room conversations if you are waiting for the elevators.
- staff except last day acknowledge you with a nod seemed distracted with others. last day, a gentleman was focused on business and interactive. Doors not sealed, guests rooms talking/laughing/watching TVSounded like they were in your room with you.
