Pros +
- Only location
- Conveniently located
- Cleanliness is not a quality feature in this hotel. For the price to be in Manhattan and it¿s near transportation. Honestly it¿s doable but be advised to carry your own cleaning supplies and sheets and roach spray.
Cons -
- the bathroom had a cockroach problem, the fire alarm kept going off, half of the outlets didn’t work, and some of the lights wouldn’t turn on
- 1. Fake photo above 2. Dirty & smelly hallway 3. Must climb up over 50 steps 4.shared bathroom 5. Broken. faulty. dangerous appliance in the room 6. Even the bed had not being changed for new customer. 7. Very expensive for such quality
- So stinky, dirty, with no ventilation anywhere!! I got a headache every time i was there. The place smells a mix of cigarettes, urine and sewage. There were cockroaches everywhere. Instalation Not up to code. A huge health and safety hazard!

The location was good. The bed was pretty comfortable as I like firm beds. Loved the A/C being right there by the bed. Having the little kitchenette was convenient and the staff was very helpful when asked for anything.
The bathrooms had no vent fans and they were only cleaned once. The soap/shampoo dispensers were not labeled clearly nor where they even present in all the bathrooms. Only had two bath towels in the room at check in. Has the potential to be WAY better.
Great staff. They carried our bags to the fifth floor and then moved us to the second floor our remaining two nights.
The lock on the bathroom door was broken. The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. The light in the closet was broken. Our first room had no AC and it was 80 degrees outside. Our first room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator.
Nothing, The Place Is Creepy, The tv didnt work, Horrible Smell (like curry with armpit and weed) no Ceiling Fan or Air Conditioning, Bad Employees Attitude (they where very rude), we only stayed there 2 hours, a totally waste of Money
Everything! It¿s A Terrible Place It¿s Not Even an Hotel
great personnel. affordable Good location
all NYC prices are high
The location could not be beat, especially for the price. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. It would have been nice to have hand towels and washcloths along with the bath towel provided. There was nothing to dry my hands on in the bathroom.
Absolutely nothing! I wish I could get my money refunded due to poor service!
I did not like the hotel because the room I occupied wasn't very clean; it was also very cramped, & there was no bathroom in the room I occupied. All hotel guests shared 2 tiny bathrooms on the 2nd floor. It was a hotel or motel nightmare!
Low price, and great location. Has exactly what I needed and nothing more: a bed.
No, but I knew what to expect. This is a cheap hotel which might not even have a toilet in the room. It's great for what it is - but that's it.
Great location next to subway. Great price.
Room was pretty filthy. Dust and grime on everything. Also, the place felt like a death trap, wires hanging out, no fire escape. Communal bathrooms. For the price, staying at a hostel would probably be a better experience.
It was close to our event location
Bathrooms were separate from the room and shared. The bed was SUPER squeaky. Room was very time with about 6 inches between the foot of the bed and the wall to walk around. The tv was broken. There was no A.C. so the room was 85 degrees.
It is more like a hostel, very dark, unclean, wrinkled sheets, noisy, people living in building on first floor, no lobby and all kinds of people hanging out. I did sleep well at all and was afraid to unpack for fear of bugs. Man was spraying for roaches..
Nothing!!
It smelled, it was not clean! I will never go here again I had to walk up 4 floors to reach the room!
Affordable--by New York standards!--and safe basic accommodations. Excellent location--close to the new Whitney, the High Line, the Village, and right in Chelsea.
Just be advised--hallway bathrooms and no elevator. But this is the price you pay for budget hotels in New York.
The room was clean secure and well heated. Very nice..
We had a run in with the overnight desk manager.. who was telling mydelf and other guest in the free breakfast area yo be quiet, that was not necessary.. just being rude to guests..
The room looked exactly like the pictures. The futon bed was queen sized and comfortable. There was enough room to sleep comfortably.
The bathroom had these weird soap dispensers. But there was extra soap that we could use. The toilet leaked water all behind the toilet. It only happened once and I just threw a towel behind it, but it was a little annoying.
The location is unbeatable.
I knew going into this hotel that I would be sharing a bathroom with other guests. However, I was not prepared for: 1) Wet floors in bathroom 2) Poor ventilation in the bathroom (warm/muggy) 3) a drain grate filled filled with hair
I like location of the hotel, which is very closed to new York attraction.
Rooms are too small & common bathrooms.
