Pros +
- Location was great. Close enough to be able to walk to everything I needed to get to, including the subway.
- Friendly staff, very clean, quiet, and walkable
- Location and clean
Cons -
- Rooms were super small and the bathrooms had very little storage space but it was midtown Manhattan so maybe that’s why?
- Sometimes the lobby smelled weird Shower , barley any pressure !
- Not a huge deal, since this hotel is in a very primetime location in NYC, but I wish there had been one extra flat surface in the bathroom to organize/put stuff down on. It did make it hard to get ready in the morning.

This hotel was so quiet, which made for wonderful nights of sleep. I loved the location, easily connected to many different subway lines, a 10-15 minute walk to Times Square for Broadway, close to so many of the attractions I came to New York to enjoy.

Only manager can handle your reservation modifications, but the manager doesn't even come to work on weekends. (First they say manager doesn't work at night, then they say she would come at 10 am, then at 2pm they say she is not coming due to raining)
spotlessly clean, perfect condition room, excellent bedding and pillows, quiet, great location, professional staff
no restaurant on premises
It was only about a 15 minute walk from Time Square, and the location wasn¿t noisy.
The room was veryyy small. I was shocked walking in, as well as my partner who¿s birthday we were celebrating. The halls were also tight and gave an apartment feel. The room was freezing cold, thermostat didn¿t work but the staff did provide us blankets
Location was convenient with lots to walk to in the area.
Room was tiny! about 2 feet around the bed.
Location is amazing for anyone who has to go between Grand Central and Penn Station. About a 10 minute walk to either. Hotel has a coffee shop/snack section downstairs, but there¿s about 10 cafes and 4 CVS/Walgreens within 3 blocks.
Elevator takes really long when called.
The staff was super nice and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in so we could explore the city with ease. Also we were able to check-in early. Our favorite part of the stay had to be the bed, it was so comfortable!
We found nothing to complain about this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. It is only blocks away from our favorite bagel place for breakfast and minutes from our favorite restaurant.
The location was great! Staff was very nice.
Overall wonderful but hard to find a spot to store luggage. Not much room to walk around suitcases in our room.
It was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.
I could hear the elevator ding from my room, and it dinged a lot.
The location was great
There was no closet nor a good place to put a suitcase There was no ironing board and iron The room was very small for 2 people
Very nice people working . Good size of room. .even they don¿t have gym I can use other hotels gym. Coffee maker in room and refrigerator also( actually forget water inside) also no elevator noise! Extend 1 hour but free of charge! Very nice.
Not hotel¿s fault but some one talking very loud voice around midnight. Can¿t sleep till 2.
I loved how neat and clean the hotel was.
I did not like the fact that there was no free parking. Also the bathrooms need an update.
Nicely decorated room. Central location.
Water in shower was lukewarm. Water from sink was hot.
The staff was helpful and responsive. The heat wasn't on when I arrived but someone was sent up to quickly fix the issue. I love the hotel's aesthetic. The full size toiletries were a nice touch. Overall I loved the hotel and definitely worrh the price
Although not a large space, the room had a great aesthetic. The backlit, full-length mirror, the drawers and the surface area for placing my things were all more than adequate. I loved all the pillows on the bed, including the cute "Draper" pillow.
The staff barely greeted me. They told me absolutely nothing about the hotel at any point during check-in. In their defense, it seemed the agent that checked me in was being trained, so I assume the focus may have been more centered around that.
Excellent location and Easy to get to from grand central station. Great room for a quick nyc stay!
There are only 8 rooms per floor. Be aware, The doors in the hall shut very loud and you can hear the elevator ding which may disturb your relaxation.
Our door was broken and hotel sold out so we barricaded ourselves in the room the first night until we could switch rooms the next day.
