Staff was rude often ignoring guests, staff at check in tried to charge me $1500 more than set price, and waited over an hour on room service!

Stunning design, nice touch with the champagne hour in the residents bar, staff were friendly and attentive.

No coffee machine in the rooms

Room was comfortable and nicely decorated but small, despite being in one of the top categories

Staff were rude and incompetent; the hotel needs a vastly superior management team

Everything, especially the artwork and overall design. But the rooms were awesome, one of the best showers, lotions, cleaning services.

Very high prices, including the restaurant, which serves great food but not justifying the prices.

Some rooms on the Crosby side are a bit noisy

Beautiful design, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and BIG windows which I loved!

The only thing I didn't like was the avocado toast. It was really more like old guacamole toast with too much citrus. If it had been fresh unseasoned avocado it would have been perfect.

upon arrival into the room there was a smell of fresh paint that didnt go away for a few days and it was bothersome.

Good location excellent accommodations, good food and bar.

The hotel is so charming and we had an AAAmazing view. The staff is beyond impressive and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant and bar was very chic, had a cool vibe with great bar hours and delicious breakfast. The shower was like a massage experience—amazing water pressure and shower head with unending hot water. Room service and house keeping were also top notch. Great Soho hotel on a cute cobblestone street!
