Hotel Alameda High Line

Location. The lady working in the front desk.

The electronic blinds did not work so I was not able to darken my room. No refrigerator, no glasses to drink water out of the sink. The air conditioner was inadequate and never got the room properly chilled.

The staff did their best to make up for poor room conditions (broken lamp, leaking shower, loud music and noises throughout the stay).

The misrepresentation of hotel stay

Futon style bed.

Roaches and general filth.

Location. Restaurant. Staff. Comfortable mattress.

Rm 69=dorm room. Next to elevator, missing blinds, extremely low light. Hotel not for people under 35. I could not see my clothes to get ready. Could not see my reflection in the mirror. Desk said no lamps available. That’s our design—moody/dark.

The staff and feel of the hotel was amazing

Just needs some minor touch ups! Ex: handle missing on shower to adjust temp, broken light switches, bathroom door handle missing

Constant roof and floor level parties, can be heard in the rooms, elevator taken out of service to accomodate party goers. Noise on the floor due to people congregating in the hallway, elevator noise in my room.

The Staff were really nice and kept their cool through issues. There was always someone at the front desk. There was an absolute excellent DJ in the after hours lounge downstairs. Breakfast was very good.

An extremely loud fire alarm went off through the night on both Friday and Saturday and we really needed our rest. The management did not inform the staff well enough how to handle the incident. We should have been refunded at least some of those nights.

Horrible mattress (worst I've ever had in 35+ countries and countless hotels /rentals, extremely loud (music /bass from club below and rooftop bar kept me awake until 2-3am), charged me a daily "facility fee" that was priorly undisclosed for no amenities

the staff was super friendly, the lobby was cozy, food & drinks at the bar were delish, I liked the layout of the bed I thought it was cool. and the mirror + little seat was cute

couldn?t fully enjoy the view because of the bird poop on the mesh screen, I would?ve loved if the screen did screen mirroring or had more options (I was able to connect bluetooth but took a little while) the only 2 things I didn?t like

Room is clean but quite dingy,needs a thorough maintenance check, Air vents barely hanging on from the ceiling same condition with the barely hanging on light.

The location was excellent, and the decor was tasteful in the downstairs lobby/bar area.

The walls were extremely thin and the room was minimal?bed on the floor, somewhat bizarre layout

Staff shower and sheets

No coffee in room, no cups/glasses in room, no ice bucket in room. Platform bed too close to floor.No space on side of bed. No easy chair

Room was very clean!

The bar and restaurant closed for Xmas Eve and Xmas Day, which was disappointing, since we could not get a cup of coffee. Also, only the king sized rooms had coffee makers, so we could not even make a cup of tea in the hotel.

Good location

There is a dj party every fri/sat night until 3am. It is extremely loud and if you are on the lower floors, VERY loud. Elevator has no key cards, so security is an issue as anyone can access hotel.

Location was good and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed - a mattress on the floor. No side tables. One chair; no other furniture. Bathroom walls: see-thru glass; no privacy. Towel rack right under the ceiling; had to jump to get a towel (I'm 5'6"). A live roach on the floor, next to the mattress.
