the fitness center was 59 degrees... and they could not figure out how to fix it. The staff gave me incorrect directions to a very simple question "where is the Folculm Street station." The sink in my room was clogged and they never fixed it,

They lied about parking available at the hotel and no accommodations or reimbursement made

The attendant at the front desk was beyond courteous and polite. When I entered the hotel lobby immediately, I knew this was a 5 star hotel. Contemporary decor, the water pressure ranges from freezing cold to boiling hot, which is a plus.

The hotel is a representation of 5 stars.

Staff was accommodating on a busy weekend.

You can hear doors closing outside in hallway in the room. Wakes you up. Loud doors. Also coffee maker is cheap and crappy and they don¿t serve downstairs until 630am which is crazy. Coffee should be out by 530 at latest, some of us are in nyc on business

Great location ! The down side is there was a challenging find a parking and a better assistance by the hotel stuff to find a parking garage . One observation ! When I got there some Member of the stuff miss Jude¿s me asking me I am picking people ?

Some of the stuff members judge me instead of asking for assistance asked if I am picking up people !

very clean rooms, nice staff, our room had a great view of the water.

The AC is close to the water. Walkable to major cafes, FiDi attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and a small walk to trains. The library & free coffee service were lovely. The staff was helpful. The rooms are slightly above average size for New York.

My room wasn¿t super clean. The hotel cleans the rooms every two days. I know this is likely cost efficient for them. But the ONE thing a hotel should never skimp on is cleanliness. Ever. I couldn¿t get over the unclean state of my room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom door was awful! The glass sliding door was heavy and loud. It didn¿t close all of the way so another person in the room could hear you in the bathroom. It was reflective so you could see yourself sitting on the toilet. Poor design choice!

my reservation was for three adults, the room is very tight and we are charged for three however we only two checked in The Fitness center was not accessible

Great location, nice clean rooms & views. Definitely recommend.

They conducted a fire alarm test at 7am. Without announcing it was a test until 15 minutes into it.

I liked the friendly and welcoming environment my family and I felt from the moment we walked into the lobby.  the front desk explain my reservation and the room we were checking in, and within less 10 minutes we were in our room.

Friendly staff, they were always willing to assist for any needs we had.

Due to covid the bar and breakfast area were not open yet.

No housekeeping in a 5 night stay. Had to clear out shower train and plunge the toilet myself. There was an intake of irresponsible people some of whom did not pay. Some lacking face masks and loading multiple people on the elevator.

The room was quite nice.Ample size with floor to ceiling windows.

Ease of check in and the rooms were clean.

Would be nice if the beds faced the river .

Parking was convenient and very nice and clean. Customer service was excellent.

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about the restaurant. I hope to stay here again in my near future reservations.

A little less clean than I would expect. Shower head clogged. Drain clogged. Housekeeping may be understaffed at this time..

Much better than star rating... excellent bar (Bartender is great) and small plates are yummy. I recommend the toasts and the warm c Phenomenal location near Seaport but still close to Wall Street. Hotel is new and the rooms feel fresh and new and clean.

some construction going on nearby but that is temporary. Breakfast selection could be better for $25 buffet.

Great location for a brand new modern hotel. Rooms are very small, but being in this location you probably won't spend much time in them and there is a lot of open common space to lounge in if needed.
