Very clean and rooms are a good size.

We had a corner room .. soo the view was amazing. especially since it was our first visit to NYC. Also the location in general. Perfect!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Location was convenient. Parking voucher was a hug savings. Kitchenette was added bonus. 2nd fl community area had coffee maker and refillable water was a nice touch.

Hard to find entrance from street. Loading/unloading area was hard to see. Thin walls and water pipe tapping noise. But generally quiet for the area. Sometimes too many folks sitting/chatting in lounge area. Not great if your room is on that floor.

The best location within walking distance to so many things. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was great to have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Our room smelled slightly moldy, but it was clean and big and this hotel had every amenity you could need! We will be back!

I booked this hotel last minute with very little research. Could not have been more happy! Location is amazing! When they say across from Rockefeller Center they mean it. Very close to the MOMA. Friendly staff. Clean, safe, and quiet! Comfortable beds!

the staff was prompt in getting needed items delivered to the room.

there was no indication that the room would not be cleaned during the guest's entire stay. i had to physically remove dirty towels and trash, place them outside, and call for pick up and delivery of a new set.

LOCATION! The desk was wonderful. A fridge and microwave are all that I need for a kitchen. The closets were ample, the shelving unit was ideal. The ¿room service¿ and the Sushi restaurant downstairs were wonderful. I will stay there again, anytime!

I would have liked to have a second bed, even double-doubles? The fold-away chair just didn¿t work for me!!!

No smoke detector in my room and the wall outlets didn¿t hold plugs so devices couldn¿t charge

This hotel is perfect for a single traveler. The location is right in the middle of the action. Additionally,the ability to have a app that you can use to check in and check out with is a huge plus.

Honestly, can not say anything bad. However only stayed for one night.

No cleaning crew. No Lobby .. No privacy in the bathroom since the door system is not properly design lo be able lo fully close the door.

Great location, very clean room, comfortable bed, polite desk clerk, good security at main door and elevator. Nice bathroom.

Our room door inside lock did not work and the handle on the sliding bathroom door kept falling off. The faucet at the sink is too close to the edge so even when just washing hands the water gets all over the counter. Also another pillow would be nice.

The washing machine dryer.... every day they told us it would be fixed, it never was.. they were kind and provided printed out sheets and directions to laundromats... but not the same as having washer dryer in building.

The location was terrific, and it was clean and easy to check in with contactless check-in.

I was given an accessible-shower room, when I did not request one. These are decidedly less comfortable (since it makes it easy to get water everywhere). It's not a good plan to give an accessible shower to someone who doesn't need or request it.
