- All of the staff were wonderful; the hotel is in a great location to the theaters, and has an excellent restaurant, the Empire right there.
Cons -
- Do not expect to check in early before 2:00 pm. Very popular hotel but they will check your bags and let you clean up to go out day you arrive. Room had a small water leak in ceiling, was no ones fault. TV in room was a little small but I am reaching.
- Broken elevator made it stressful when we were pressed for time to get to an event

We had to pay an extra fee when we arrived and got nothing for it. There were 3 of us, but only 2 glasses in our room and 2 bottles of water, never got anymore on any day. And beds were shoved together so all 3 of us slept together.
Location was best and the rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and kind.
The breakfast menu was limited. The lobby could use some music and be more relaxing and inviting. The tv in the rooms were very old and did not include any of the popular smart tv channels. Also the pillows could be of better quality.

Lovely rooms, really close to the Times Square so made popping back between shows etc really easy. Breakfast was nice and loved “Wine time” at 5pm
Cannot fault
The location was amazing. Less than 5 mins to Times Square. 2 different subway stations within 2 mins walk. Free wine at Happy Hour every day between 5 and 6. Great continental breakfast every morning. Nice big rooms.

Breakfast is a little poor on choice, missing veggies and ham.
Loved the 12 noon check-out, free wine hour at 5 o'clock in the lobby, friendly staff, comfy rooms, breakfast, and 24 hour cafe with free coffee and snacks. Also love the international atmosphere. It was our 4th stay here and each time we come, we love hearing all the different languages of the guests from around the world.

Location was great, staff was super friendly and rooms were larger than typical for NYC (especially around Times Square) modernized and very clean.
The location was great for theaters. Breakfast was good and they offered wine and snacks later in the day. The staff was friendly. It was clean and the rooms were spacious.
