  • Breakfast, and it was close to times square
  • The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always ask if I needed anything. There was a problem in my bathroom. The towel rack was coming off the wall and someone came so quickly to fix it. They even brought me extra towels

  • Waiting too long for the lift
  • Sadly the non-working elevator was a major issue. Having to wait up to 15× minutes for one to come can really put a damper on vacation planning.

I liked the layout of the room. All the amenities were great to use.
