Only that we had to leave after 4 days. We wanted to stay longer.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room was spacious, modern and amazingly quiet, especially given that it's in Manhattan. We'll definitely stay again.

This hotel is ideally situated and the staff are exceptionally well trained. It was a gorgeous room with fantastic service in the Club Lounge and among every staff member I met. I would return in a second!

The elevators were very slow- with sometimes crowds of residents waiting for one to arrive- I suspect one of the bank of elevators was out of order which is why I had every time to wait minutes for one to arrive.

Wonderful staff, good size room for New York, and I would stay here again. Great Executive Lounge, and love that Iwas offered the option to upgrade without asking.

Wish the hotel had more to offer in it's facilities like a pool when it's warmer, was big enough to walk around the property, gift shop, but I know space is limited in New York. I would stay here again nonetheless. Gave 4 stars for location as I don't know NY enough to know if it was a great location.

Couldn’t say enough about the location and hotel it self…..A well run hotel…and I loved the hot coffee and apple cider provided in reception every afternoon!

I stayed for six nights and i would have expected to have a level of recognition amongst staff but I didn’t get a sense that the staff were aware I was a guest!

Razor kit and dental kit not available in the room as well as a body cream. In the lobby at every open of the entrance door the cold wind is invasive

The bathtub is a little bit high makes getting out after a shower a bot tricky especially that you’re wet and can slip

the level of service and attentiveness was outstanding by all staff (front desk-concierge-bellman-guest reception- especially Karina Fabian, was everything one could want.) the room size was exceptional, the hotel restaurant was very good. Will definitely stay at the hotel again and would highly recommend .

Room was great as was the location. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed, however, this ridiculous trend toward “rain showers” is AWFUL! As a woman, I can’t grab a quick shower without getting totally drenched. There was a hand shower (of sorts) on the wall, but not a proper one, once turned on it would keep rotating towards the wall! Why can’t 5 star hotels put a proper wall mounted shower head? We are paying enough!

The hotel does not deliver a true 5-star experience. The lobby is extremely small and feels more like a pass-through than a proper hotel lobby. Reception staff were not genuinely welcoming, and the lobby itself was cold and uninviting. There was no seating available at any point, and the business center was repeatedly closed when requested.The upstairs bar was occupied by a private event, and the interaction with the staff there was notably rude. Room lighting is very poor, limited to a few table lamps, making the space uncomfortable, especially in the evenings. Amenities were minimal and below expectations for this category.Sound and thermal insulation are also problematic: the windows let in significant street noise and cold air, affecting sleep and comfort.

Wonderful staff. Excellent location. We had one bedroom club suite and empire stateview. Was so worth it.Huge rooms and windows open. Club lounge was marvellous.We will return. Tgx so much.

Super friendly stuff, one of the best ones ever.The room was gorgeous.

However, breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is an absolute disaster. Creates cognitive dissonance between how spectacular the hotel is and how absolutely embarrassing the breakfast turns out to be.
