The front desk staff was great!

The maid service - despite having confirmed late checkout and do not disturb sign on the door, the attempted to enter the room several times. Temp/air conditioner control in room was not working - VERY COLD!

Proximity to my daughter's apartment.

Sliding door to toilet room. Noise inside the heater in Room 617. Sounded like an issue inside the pipes. The blower noise was fine. I've stayed here before and it always smells like weed in the hallways. Could use air fresheners throughout.

Checkout was reasonably good and easy. Location was excellent. Very helpful and courteous staff.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. The room could use an updated paint job.

The Marriott is in desperate need of a refresh. My room was worn out, the lighting was harsh, the bathroom tile grout was moldy, the carpet was stained and the lay out of the room was awkward. I will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

That it had a bar and their breakfast was very good!

The in room coffee was not good at all! I ended up dumping it out.

mold in the bathroom around the shower handle, we had to sleep w/ the blind up, no one advised us on how to let it down. The room smelled like smoke & it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The front desk attendant was extremely rude & impatient.

Great location and in-house vegan breakfast for purchase! Nice bar!

There could have been some non-dairy milk for the complimentary coffee.

The staff was great. Secure - couldn¿t access elevator without room key

Large gaps under doors, thin walls, dirty carpets, no microwave, ice in lobby only, dirty towels, no shelf for bar soap in shower, no peephole cover, no desktop outlets/chargers for shorter cords, no USB ports, no locking bathroom, 1 chair, old washer

they accept dogs and were very friendly and helpful staff

nyc mandated vaccine passports to enter bar area. website not informative and long wait to be able to talk directly to front desk . otherwise I was very pleased on arriving.

Fitness center showed as open on the website but was closed due to covid. Mgmt responded to my request for a price adjustment and made it right! Bathroom door was quite worn and in need of repair ¿it worked okay but looked junky

The room was adorable.

The amount for parking the car was double the price that was written on the site. Also once they park the car you can¿t take it out. That¿s absolutely ridiculous.

I paid for a room with two double beds and on arrival was told they only had a king. This caused a great inconvenience. I was also still charged for a double which was more expensive

It's close to all the restaurants and stores t,the rooms are beautiful and cozy,love the bathroom area,the staff are so nice and accommodating I had room towards the front so the view was cool, nice and clean I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Takes pets, lovely and friendly hosts, and followed Covid-19 protocols. Thank you!

The elevator for luggage to get to lobby was a bit difficult, but we got better at it with practice.

This hotel was located in the perfect spot to visit in Harlem. Very nice staff and absolutely clean.

Vicinity to subway

Very strong fumes and odor of cleaning chemicals. Windows did not open, my throat and ear passages got irritated by the fumes, and the discomfort lasted several days. I had to sleep with the fan on, which did not alleviate the problem, gave me a cold.
