Looked like a run down shelter. No blankets.

Disgusting bathroom.

Rotten chairs, uncomfortable folded beds, dirty and moldy bathroom, very bad conditions. Stains on sheets. Horrible experience. We had to leave and pay for another hotel the next day.

I was locked in my substandard room for 45 minutes due to a faulty doorknob, no paper in the shared bathroom for 5 hours in the middle of the night. flagrant marijuana use on the front steps and strong smell throughout the hostel, grimy 2 person elevator

It is dirty, the key system wasn?t working, the bathrooms were filthy

We checked in then checked out immediately. Thank God we did not have to sleep there. The place is a nightmare.

Cockroach in room Door didn¿t work, so we would have needed to have the 1 man on the front desk open the door for us each time. Window didn¿t close, and it was a cold night in New York. Mattress was FILTHY, and no mistress cover protection for hygiene.

Staff wasn¿t at the desk half the time and the key system didn't work so we didn¿t have a key to our room and had to have someone unlock the door anytime we needed to get in. Absolutely unacceptable. I think they should at least reimbursed us for 1 night

Hotel dirty, with cockroaches, the sheets, the room are dirty and to access the room it is necessary to ask the person of the reception to open the door briefly a bad experience

Everything I did not like. Everything is soo small, from the elevator, hallways, rooms, bed. I did not even stay here. I¿m a US citizen and it seems like this was a shelter and I had no idea when I booked this place.

The desk staff was friendly. It suited an immedately need when friend has unexpected left town...and I needed a 6 hour layovers before heading to business.

My paid room had been given to someone else! A Flop House Absolutely filthy dirty.1 used sheet. 1 filthy used pillow. No way to close drapery & use AC. No privacy. Bathoom shared shower mildew filled. No toilet paper. Not like interior photo. Loud Unsafe

Awesome location, staff members were so friendly an supportive. I would definitely recommend the place.

The elevator was not so good and had some technical problems by was fixed by the staff.

EVERYTHING! The room I received looked NOTHING like the pictures you all advertised. The towels had to be RENTED, there was no sink in my bathroom and the beds were paper thin. The elevator could barely fit 3 people and the stairs were so close together!

The Walls are disgusted, I saw a dead bug in the wall. The noise was annoying while I was sleep last night.

Bathrooms need upgrading. People are the problem, but they are pretty grungy. Walls, floor, soap dispensers not working properly.

The position

Terrible experience! The room was disgusting dirty and I found animals in the room. Sheets were dirty with hair on and the door broken and very easy to open.One night someone was trying to come inside my room without keys, so scared! No lockers or chairs in the room.The bathroom outside dirty and the window was broken.The room was so cold and during all the night a constantly metal sound so I wasn’t able to sleep a moment.
